Best Place to Stay in Milano Marittima

This is my favorite place to stay in Milano Marittima. Friendly staff and located right on the beach. Pet friendly as well!

Excellent breakfast with ample selection of sweet and savoury options. The hotel is very close to the promenade and the rooms offer sea view.

The rooms are very close to one another and if neighbours are noisy it is difficult not to listen to their conversations

Never Again!!!

I only liked breakfast, servers and cleaning lady. Breakfast had limited options though.

The room wasn’t as expected, looked nothing like photos.The whole facility looked cheap. I liked the receptionist, she was quite sweet but the manager(Or whoever she is) was quite rude from all angles.

Short & Sweet Stay in Milan Marittima

The proximity to the beach is fantastic! Gracious and professional owner of the hotel recommended a wonderful pizza at the beach club. If you're looking for gourmet pizza this is the place to go and visit. It's called Acqua e Sale. It's a 2 min walk from the hotel.

Noisy neighbors, at 6am the room next to me starting speaking loudly. No more going back to sleep after that. Maybe if there's not so many people in the hotel they could space the quests out a bit. Just saying!

Excellent service and friendly stay. Great breakfast buffet. The hotel manager was very helpful when we asked for information about local activities and restaurant. The rooms have aircon and a decent size bathroom with a beautiful view of the beach.

La vista mare, la colazione, lo staff sempre gentile e sorridente dove ogni volta passavamo e salutavano sorridendo sempre, posto accogliente e ben curato e situato a un passo dal mare e dalla passeggiata notturna

Splendida vista sul Mare dal balconcino

Abbiamo scelto una camera Deluxe, a parte il balconcino dove sarebbe stato utile un tavolino abbiamo riscontrato numerose crepe sul soffitto e nei muri-La stanza era dotata di frigobar chr purtroppo era sporco e maleodorante. In bagno mancava il sapone per l'altra persona. La colazione molto deludente, mancava di tanti prodotti ad esempio latte di soia, pane o fette integrali.

Adatta per un brevissimo soggiorno a poco prezzo, nient’altro.

L’hotel presenta condizioni igieniche molto buone e per noi, che alloggiavamo lì per andare a Mirabilandia, la posizione era molto comoda.

La colazione servita è poco fornita e di dubbia qualità, ci sono pochi servizi e quelli che ci sono sono a pagamento (ad esempio l’aria condizionata in camera a 5€ al giorno). Ascensore che può ospitare solo 2 persone, di conseguenza gli ospiti devono fare a gara a chi clicca prima il pulsante e ciò comporta tempi di attesa di alcuni minuti. I terrazzi delle camere sono troppo vicini, tant’è che personalmente ho preferito chiudere sempre le serrande perché basta fare un salto e si è nell’altra camera.

Sehr sauberes Hotel mit bequemen Betten, schöner Aussicht und herzlichem Service – wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber, die Matratzen äußerst bequem und die Aussicht wunderschön. Besonders praktisch: Für Gäste, die nicht viele Treppen steigen können, gibt es einen Fahrstuhl. Trotz des günstigen Preises hatten wir ein gepflegtes Zimmer mit täglicher Reinigung und frischen Handtüchern. Das Personal war überaus freundlich, zuvorkommend und ging gerne auf Extrawünsche ein. Die Atmosphäre war familiär und das Frühstück reichlich und ausgewogen.

In der Nähe des Hotels muss man für den Strandbesuch Gebühren zahlen. Allerdings gibt es nur wenige Hundert Meter entfernt einen kostenlosen Strand.

Deposito bagagli inesistente:ci è stato detto potete lasciarli ma restano incustoditi. Al check in non ci sono date informazioni circa ora e luogo della colazione, wifi, parcheggio, aria condizionata. Arrivati in camera luce non funzionante, lenzuola bucate, ragno della doccia. Quando è stata riassettata la stanza non è stato svuotato il pattume del bagno, kit di cortesia con solo una saponetta,una cuffia e una bustina di bagnodoccia in una stanza per due persone per due notti. Colazione no self service, e personale sgarbato (ad un bambino è stato detto non ti avvicinare troppo). Assenza di tavolino in balcone mentre agli altri lo avevano e mancanza di paratia tra un terrazzino e l'altro quindi zero privacy. Stamattina alle 9 la signora delle pulizie è entrata in camera con noi presenti all'interno, quando il check out è entro le 10. Non ci siamo
