Great staff and great location.

Great location and beautiful hotel to be a 3 stars. Considering the region of Italy that is Emilia Romagna I would expect a much better options in the buffet of the breakfast.

Coffee only from machine. Poor choice of fresh fruit . No eggs and bacon. Water at extra cost. Poor choice of dishes at meal time. Wine too expensive 12 euro for a bottle of house wine.

Very poor

The only positive thing about this hotel is its location, literally a few steps from the beach.

The food at both breakfast and supper was not great. For being an Italian hotel (in Romagna!!!), the quality of the food was very poor. No buffet (because of Covid-19), but breakfast was very scarce nonetheless. Dirty room, dirty sheets and towels. Got bitten all over by some kind of bugs during the night and was very uncomfortable. I will never go back, that's for sure. Price was way too expensive for what you actually get.

We slept well, but were disapointed for not being able to use swiming pool as advertised.

The specialy designed chair and wide beds.

The swiming pool was advertised as open (and written so in the lift and at the reception), but when we came they said that it is closed. We would not decide for this hotel if we knew that. Rooms are fine but bathroom needs a lot of adaptation. Showers are static, small and in bad condition. Breakfast is really poor for a three stars hotel. We asked in the evening if there are eggs for breakfast and at the reception they said yes, but there was no eggs at breakfast and salami and bread was really cheap. There was only a lot of sweets. I asked for tools for shaving at the reception in the evening to buy (I forgot it in previous hotel) but they did not have the simplest thing or idea to help.

Место положения отеля хорошее. Недалеко от пляжа. Хороший зал для приема еды. Есть место на улице со столиками где можно отдохнуть.

Самый большой минус персонал на ресепшене. Нет понятия уважение до клиента, что если из-за не внимательности или недоработок персонала нужно по крайне мере извиниться. Вода горячая в кране -очень маленькое давление текла маленькой струйкой. Заявлено, что имеют свой частный пляж , но это не так. Шезлонги платные.

In tutto sommato è stata una permanenza piacevole, con alcuni aspetti molto positivi e altri migliorabili.

La struttura era molto pulita: le camere venivano sistemate ogni giorno, con asciugamani sempre freschi e in ordine. Anche la piscina era ben curata. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la disponibilità delle biciclette e l’ingresso gratuito in palestra, un vero plus. Inoltre, il personale si è dimostrato molto comprensivo nel gestire un piccolo incidente che ha avuto mio figlio.

La colazione, purtroppo, è risultata troppo basica e ripetitiva, ci aspettavamo qualcosa di più. Un’altra nota negativa è stata la sorpresa finale: avendo la mezza pensione non pensavamo di dover pagare l’acqua a cena, e non ci era stato comunicato prima. Scoprirlo solo al momento del checkout non è stato piacevole. La cena in generale era buona, anche se l’antipasto a buffet variava poco o nulla. Nel complesso, però, abbiamo mangiato bene.

Sauber, tolle lage, super essen

Wir haben halbpension gehabt. Jeder speise war sehr läcker. Einfache speisen aber traum geschmack. Du musstes nicht nachwürzen. Es gab eine liste jeden tag wo dir aussuchen könntest was willst du am nächste tag essen. Vorspeise war büffet und 2 gang nach auswahlt, plus obst und dessert.

Alles war Top.

Vynikající hotel pro rodinnou dovolenou

Ubytování pohodlné, vybavení dobré, klimatizace plně funkční, blízko pláže, možnost využívat zdarma městské fitness centrum. Snídaně klasická italská+vejce, šunka, sýr, obědy a večeře 3 chodové vždy s výběrem 3 pokrmů + velký zeleninový a ovocný bufet. Jídla byla jednoduchá, ale vždy velmi chutná, na konci s dezertem. Parkování u hotelu. Bazén u hotelu, přátelský personál. Dobrý poměr cena/výkon.

Stejná snídaně celý týden, káva by mohla byt lepší. Zeleninový bufet by mohl být pestřejší.
