Very good choice for a relaxing vacation, but the city is also very good for nightlife!

Amazing hotel, super close to the beach (practically on the beach)! Rooms are clean and well equipped, stuff is very helpful and friendly. There’s underground parking, highly recommend to use it. Beach is clean and nice. Overall impression after the holiday is super positive!

The hotel and staff really helped make it a wonderful vacation!

The staff went out of their way to make everyone comfortable and to accommodate everyone. They were all so friendly and outgoing. Always smiling and positive. The breakfast was outstanding as well as the staff.

It was a bit expensive having the car in the hotel garage but staff was always there to help and it was nice to have a spot to park at the hotel.

Overall the hotel was nice. The staff was very good, the food was excellent, the room was comfortable, there was abundant closet space and the location was convenient.

There was no fitness facility, which was misleading based on the hotel description. Even though they offered a complimentary pass to a local gym, the hotel would not provide transportation. The spa did not offer a sport/deep tissue massage. Again, this was misleading based on the description.

We have just returned from the most wonderful stay at Belletini Hotel and couldn't recommend it enough. You are made to feel welcome at this family run hotel from the minute you step through the door. The staff went above and beyond what was required, or expected of them, for us on a number of occasions and I can not thank them enough for this! Breakfast was phenomenal - amazing choice, great quality and flexible timings. They also provided an early breakfast for the Ironman which was great for athletes and supporters. We changed to half board for the final 4 days of our stay and were not disappointed - the food was excellent, great, fresh ingredients and and fantastic choice of wine - all serviced by attentive and friendly staff. The room was comfortable and cleaned on a daily basis. We had a beautiful sea view. They provided additional items for our son to make the stay more comfortable on request and nothing was too much for them. Great shuttle service to and from the airport and also to and from the Ironman for athletes and spectators. Great location - 5 minutes to the centre of Milano Marritima, a 15 minute stroll to the centre of Cervia and an outstanding beach 50 metres from the front of the hotel door. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Das Personal und die Eigentümer sind unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. In dieser Form wirklich selten zu finden. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist auf eine gehobene Niveau und die Sauberkeit ist wirklich tadellos. Uns hat auch das üppige Frühstücksbuffet sehr gefallen. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist ebenfalls herrlich und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Aufgrund der Jahreszeit konnten wir uns leider kein eigenes Bild vom großen Hotelpool und Whirlpool machen.

Lediglich die Datenrate des WiFi könnte noch verbessert werden.

Abbiamo alloggiato qui una notte dopo essere stati a Mirabilandia (distante 15 min in auto) Struttura pulita ed elegante. Personale gentile, preparato e disponibile. Camera spaziosa, colazione ottima e abbondante a buffet, bar elegante e sempre aperto. Consigliato assolutamente!

Struttura veramente notevole, per dimensioni, servizi, posizione. Eccezionalmente disponibilità ad accogliere le richieste dei clienti, staff molto professionale e cortese, colazione perfetta. Camera ampia e pulita. Tutto assolutamente in linea, se non superiore, a quanto è lecito aspettarsi da un albergo di questo livello.

Sehr freundliches Personal, in allen Bereichen. Hotel ist modern und freundlich eingerichtet. Großes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, mit der Option bestimmte Speisen a la carte zu bestellen. Besonders haben wir uns über das kostenlose Upgrade des Zimmers gefreut. Das war eine schöne Überraschung und nicht selbstverständlich.

für ein 4-Sterne Hotel mit dieser Bewertung hätte ich mir persönlich etwas mehr erwartet.

Frühstück war sehr gut. Personal sehr freundlich. Große Auswahl. Vielleicht im Innenbereich etwas klein, am Abreisetag war es schwierig einen Tisch zu bekommen.

Die Poolsituation war ok, ich hätte mir allerdings mehr erwartet. Poolzeiten wahren sehr restriktiv - vorallem mit Kinder zur Mittagszeit. Es gab kein Service für Getränke oder ähnliches. Wasser war kalt - daher sehr erfrischend. Für Kinder zu kalt. Die Parksituation mit Zusatzbuchung Garage lässt den Aufenthalt unflexibler werden da die Autos a la Tetris geschlichtet sind und ein schnelles Ausparken unmöglich aus - auch wegen der Notwendigkeit, das Auto mittels Transportlift aus der Garage zu bekommen.
