The rooms are very cleans and they change the towels every day.

The swimming pool was closed. But it was not mentioned in booking.

position is very central

-the hotel is close to bars and pubs so it becomes very noisy at night - policy regarding the parking is foggy. they don’t say nothing at the beginning but ask you to pay when you leave. before coming i sent an email to have info regarding the parking but they did not answer

Posizione La camera matrimoniale (una delle due camere prenotate) era stata rinnovata da poco Balconcino spazioso con stendino Letto abbastanza comodo

Camere poco insonorizzate. Colazione sotto le aspettative, con caffè a pagamento. Parcheggio disponibile, ma a pagamento (15 € al giorno). Signora alla reception non particolarmente accogliente. Ascensore con una parte della porta aperta: situazione potenzialmente pericolosa, soprattutto per i bambini. Portachiavi pesante da portarsi dietro Nella camera singola: Visibili macchie di muffa sotto il condizionatore. Pulizia della doccia non accurata. Arredi riparati in modo approssimativo.

TORNEREMO SICURAMENTE, HOTEL DI BUONISSIMO LIVELLO, IN POSIZIONE VICINA SIA AL MARE CHE AL CENTRO.

ABBIAMO FATTO SOLO 1 NOTTE CON 1MA COLAZIONE. TUTTO PERFETTO, TRANNE LA COLAZIONE.

COLAZIONE NON ALL ALTEZZA DEL RESTO. POCA SCELTA E QUELLA POCA NON DI GRANDE QUALITA'. UN PROBLEMA SU TUTTI , IL CAFFE'. NON ESISTE,, ALMENO IN ITALIA , PROPORRE UN CAFFE' FATTO CON LA MACCHINETTA AUTOMATICA SELF SERVICE. VISTO CHE , TRALALTRO, HANNO IL BAR , IL CAFFE' ME LO FAI CON LA MACCHINA DEL BAR, CON O SENZA CAMERIERE. NON ABBIAMO PRANZATO NE CENATO, QUINDI NON POSSO DARE GIUDIZIO SUU PRANZO E CENA, MA LA COLAZIONE VA RIVISTA ASSOLUTAMENTE.

Personale gentile e vicino sia alla spiaggia sia al centro

Una quadrupla che in realtà era una doppia con incastrato un letto a castello.Non ci è stata rifatta la stanza presumibilmente per disattenzione degli addetti nonostante lo avessimo fatto notare e chiesto di lasciarci asciugamani puliti. Il buffet un po' scarno e soprattutto privo di alimenti senza lattosio, ho dovuto chiedere di poter avere del latte di soia.

Struttura pulita, accogliente, vicinissima al mare e al centro di Milano Marittima. Camera nuova ben dimensionata con un bagno con doccia molto bello.
