Location was perfect No breakfast but i wouldnt use as go out with son
Parking was very difficult at times Boiler in room on all time But didnt disturb me too much

That I got my refund immediately. Owner seemed fairly quick to reply, so I'll give him his due there, & he was quick to apologise.
Couldn't get in. Outer door stuck or seemed as if bolted on the inside and no one available to open it. Got refund and stayed elsewhere, but was very inconvenient seems as I'd travelled 3 hours and had a heavy bag, & had to walk about 35 minutes from where I'd been after getting off the long train journey.
