The villa is a spacious unconventional Villa, with a unique shape, traditional Sardinian stone and a modern touch.
The Villa is organized on different levels with 4 double bedrooms and three bathrooms.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
To complete the indoor, there is a spacious area dedicated to the fully equipped kitchen, internal dining and living room, from which you can admire a fantastic sea view.
Outside there are different areas: the terrace with amazing views, the green garden, the patio with outdoor dining area and the “sea garden”, an area of the garden where to sunbath, or admire the sunset located face to the sea.

Villa Stella Maris is located at the end of a dead road right in front of the sea on the marvelous Genn'e Mari Bay. The Villa has direct access to the sea on the rocks and is just approximately 5/10 min walk away from the sandy beach. Approximately 1 Km away from the nearest restaurant and supermarket.
Torre delle Stelle
Torre delle Stelle is a wonderful residential village on the Southern coast of Sardinia, 30 Km East from Cagliari. It is named after the Saracen tower on the top of the promontory between two marvellous sandy beaches, Genn'e Mari and Cann'e Sisa. With its fine white sand beaches, crystal clear waters, wild rocks and nature, Torre delle Stelle is a perfect escape plan from the city’s routine, a place to enjoy the sun, the beach and the Mediterranean nature.

The house has a quirky layout making the most of its perfect location next to the sea. Beach is beautiful and a v short walk over the rocks. Amazing sunsets. Gloria and her team were great. It all made for a thoroughly enjoyable holiday :)

All bad clean and perfect. You have to bring some anti mosquitos as there are many .the garden is super and the beach is nearby. Just a little walking. We will absolutely return. Thanks to the manager for her kindness about everything

Gloria e il suo team sono stati eccezionali, cordiali e tempestivi a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Grazie dell’ospitalità Gloria! La Villa si trova in un contesto bellissimo, il mare è qualcosa di spettacolare! Da ritornare!

Great location with easy access to beaches in Villasimius and Costa Rei. The plus of this house is the direct access to the sea (on the rocks), and easy walk to the local beach. We enjoyed the fantastic sunsets and dancing nights lit by the full moon, drinks in the garden and well functioning air conditioning and internet (which is not a given). We got used to the peculiar architecture of the house after 1-2 days (lots of keys to manage the numerous gates). The kitchen could be better equipped and organized.
