About this villa rental
Fantastic villa with swimming pool a few steps from the beach and services. The villa has a beautiful garden with trees and flowers of various kinds. The house consists of 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 11/12 people (ideal up to 10 adults or 8 adults and 2 kids). 4 double bedrooms, a bedroom with two single beds and one with a queen-size bed. 4 rooms are equipped with air conditioning, two others with a fan. Four bedrooms are accessible from an independent secondary entrance.
Large panoramic porch, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners. One of the highlights of this villa is the pool area overlooking the mountains.
Villa Lattea is located in an enviable position within easy walking distance to the lovely Torre delle Stelle beach (Genn'e mari) as well as services such as: a great Restaurant/Pizzeria, a well furnished supermarket with local products, a news agent, coffee bar, a bouitque, an ATM machine.
Spending the holiday at this Villa it will definitely guarantee all the comforts needed within walking distance, by allowing the guests to have a relaxed and unforgettable time in Sardinia.
Inside the village (at 500mt) there are tennis courts, a football court, a volleyball court, a basketball court, a playground for children etc.
PLEASE NOTE:
Each tenancy requires a final cleaning/linen fee, which costs € 250,00 (payable on arrival).
The rate includes garden and pool maintenance, gas, water, *electricity (up to 110kwh), internet, TV and line for all guests (sheets and 3 bath towels pp)
Recycling policy: garbage must be recycled following on site instructions
A car is not essential as beach and main services are within walking distance.
