About this villa rental
Characteristic, Tuscan country house divided into three apartments, located among the hills north of Lucca. Stunning views, large patio and private swimmingpool. Perfect for a family vacation. WiFi.
This building, dating back to the 16th century is located in a fantastic position among the hills north of Lucca, overlooking the whole valley and the surrounding countryside, characterized by vineyards and olive groves. Here and there you see small stone houses and stately cypresses lining the roads. Just as you imagine when you close your eyes and think about Tuscany. Here you can relax in the peaceful countryside, but you are still not far from Lucca and in a central position to visit the sea or the rest of Tuscany.
The property consists of two buildings facing south which have been restored and converted into 3 separate apartments.
In front of the buildings there is a private garden with flat grass areas and furnished outdoor area with possibility to barbecue. Perfect for fresco meals all together enjoying the fantastic view.
The swimming pool (12 x 6 meter with a depth of 1.40) is located just below the property in a beautiful position overlooking the valley. The pool is completely private and only used by you. Around the pool there are sun loungers. Children in or around the pool must be under adult supervision at all times.
All three apartments are all very spacious and decorated in a homely, Tuscan style with exposed wooden beams in the ceilings. There is heating and internet wifi in all three.

Alteca - m2 80 ca. max 4 people. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.
Entrance into the kitchen (characteristic sink in stone, fridge with freezer, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker), living room with TV and fireplace. One double room, one twin bedroom, one bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Altela - m2 90 ca. max 6 people. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
This apartment is on the first floor. Since the bedrooms are in two separate areas, it is well suited for two couples.
Entrance along a staircase shared with the apartment upstairs. Kitchen (characteristic sink in stone, fridge with freezer, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker). Living room with TV and fireplace.
