Villa Ulqini. Riverside Villa Bagni Di Lucca.

We were a family of 8 adults and 9 kids staying and the whole experience was lovely. The pool was in constant use and the children learnt how to play pool in their quiet moments.

The host welcomed us warmly when we arrived by taxi. We were 17 persons spending a week in this fine and clean villa. Breakfast in the big kitchen on the ground floor. Some of us had our own breakfast inside. The garden was still a bit cold in the morning. The pool and the good surroundings in the garden were perfect during the day. The first floor took one family with two kids plus grandparents, having a sofa for social "hang around", own kitchen and direct entrance from the street (we kept it locked mostely). The second floor had one family of five all together, sofa and kitchen. Third floor one family of four plus one daugther with her son. Each of them having their own kitchen. Everything in the house worked perfect, the kitchens were well equipped. The pleasant sound from the river, the ringing church bells, the sunny weather made it all together a very good stay. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and the railway station Bagni di Lucca. We made trips to Lucca, Castelnuovo di Garfagnana and Pisa. I can really recommend a week in this Palazzo! Karin

Nothing to say, we had a great moment at palazzo Ulquini.

Absolutely great. We wanted a short holiday and went for this wonderfully renovated Apartment. Although the Pool was not yet open ( opens in May) the apartment and grounds were very well maintained. We were only a short walk from Fornoli with all it's excellent facilities and market, so we would do a shop everyday with local specialties. The river running by was tranquil and we could imagine having a swim or a paddle in the Summer. We loved the place so much we will be back again when it's hotter and try out the pool and /sun loungers.

Lovely town, beautiful surroundings. some good restaurants up road in Bagni di Lucca. (road can be quite busy when going by foot) Easy access to Pisa and Lucca by train. Excellent local supermarket and local bars, Lovely villa, clean, great terrace with well kept plants and pool. Warm welcome with plenty of local advice. The self contained flats work well for peace and quite or entertaining. Everything you need. Relaxing river view.

Een gezellige privéwoning bestaande uit vier verschillende appartementen met daarin ruime slaapkamers, een woonkamer en een keuken. Beneden nog een gezamenlijke keuken. Een fijn zwembad met voldoende ligbedden en voldoende tafels en stoelen. Ook nog een trampoline en een tafeltennistafel. Verder stond er ook een bbq voor ons klaar. Fijne aan deze woning is dat er voldoende mogelijkheid is om ook even de rust op te zoeken in je appartement. Goed, snel en duidelijk contact gehad met Paul!

Haus, Lage, Sauberkeit, Pool, Vermieter......alles Top! Genügend Parkplatz für 15 Motorräder und Autos. Sehr gut geeignet für grosse Gruppen.
