About this house rental
Newly REMODELED with added HOT TUB!
Located just one block away (less than a two-minute walk) from our beautiful beach and just a short walk along the sand away from the main pier area.
The house has beautiful dark wood flooring throughout and a great design with a gourmet kitchen including granite countertops and an adjacent great room living space and dining room.
The Primary Bedroom has a California King-sized bed with large-screen television and ceiling fan. It’s equipped with a newly remodeled bathroom featuring double sinks, and a large shower and has loads of closet space.
The Second Bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and a full closet, and has easy access to the shared full bathroom with a full-sized bathtub, and a rain head shower.
The patio area has a private hot tub, outdoor dining, barbecue, fire table, and also a seating area for relaxation while taking in the gorgeous beach climate.
Very centrally located a short distance from the beach and has easy access to a variety of local markets, coffee houses, and dozens of restaurants and bars.
PETS_We adore our dog so we do allow dogs and the back yard area is enclosed; but, we charge a $100 fee per dog, because they do require us to spend more time cleaning and add to the wear and tear on the property.
Please let us know if you plan to bring your dog and we will send you a request for that fee before your arrival date.
We also ask that you clean up all messes in the yard before your departure.

This property in San Clemente made a great home base for exploring the area. The house is very comfortable for a family wanting two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The couch is large if you need more space. It has a very nice kitchen, dining and living area/seating, and our dogs really enjoyed the fully fenced/gated yard. The owners have thought of everything to make your visit very comfortable.You can walk to the beach/beach path or downtown San Clemente, and I-5 is accessible within minutes. Dana Point and Laguna Beach are right next door, so it is fast and easy to explore further and enjoy something new every day. Highly recommended!

Enjoyed our stay at this property. Easy access to beach and easy access from I-5. It provided everything that we needed. Property manager was very helpful with access. Highly recommend.

We stayed for a week for our daughter’s wedding. The home was exactly as described. Well equipped and very comfortable. We would definitely recommend!
