This is where we hang out the most—It’s got a huge sectional, smart TV with soundbar, and a gas fireplace for cozy nights. I love the beamed ceilings and big grid window that lets in tons of natural light. Just off the living room is a built-in dining nook that seats everyone comfortably, and we’ve got a few books around if you feel like unplugging.

Fully stocked and super functional. It has everything you need—gas stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, French door fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and even a stacked washer and dryer right in the corner. You`ll find all the essentials to prep a meal or enjoy one with your family.
The dining nook is right off the kitchen and fits everyone comfortably. We’ve got a built-in bench, woven pendant light, and a big table that’s great for meals, working, or playing cards at night. It’s also one of the coziest spots in the house.

Master: This is the primary bedroom spacious and peaceful, with a king bed, ceiling fan, and plenty of closet space. Soft natural light fills the room, making it a relaxing spot to unwind after a day at the beach.
Bedroom 1:
It has a super comfy queen bed with soft pillows and a ceiling fan overhead that keeps the room nice and cool. You’ll love the natural light that comes in through the shuttered windows, and there`s plenty of space to unpack with a dresser and open closet setup.
Bedroom 2+Office: Our favorite room to work from. You’ll get a standing desk that adjusts up and down, an ergonomic chair, and a monitor ready to plug into your laptop—super convenient if you`re working remotely. The room gets amazing natural light thanks to the skylight and French doors, and the queen sleeper sofa is surprisingly comfy if you’re crashing here at night

Two full bathrooms—one is connected to the primary bedroom, and the other is located in the main hallway. Both are bright, clean, and stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer. The hallway bathroom has a shower/tub combo, perfect for families with kids or anyone who loves a good soak after the beach.

As a guest, you will have entire access of the home. This property is a single-story cottage accessed via exterior staircases. You will be given a keypad code to access our smart door lock and never have to worry about carrying keys around.

☀ Your safety matters: the property is equipped with 3 exterior security cameras — one at the street entrance monitoring the gated entrance, one on the garage facing the garage doors and front gate, and one on the eaves covering the front and back yards. These cameras do not look into any interior spaces but record video and audio when motion-activated.
☀ For stays longer than 2 months, a complimentary additional cleaning will be provided at no extra charge.

HOUSE RULES:
**Any violations of the house rules or any terms of this Agreement will be subject to fine and/or termination by the Host.**
1) No parties, large gatherings or unauthorized guests. Maximum occupancy is 6 people.
2) No smoking, drugs or illegal substances anywhere on property.
3) Quiet hours 10pm-8am. Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down at night.
4) Must be 25 years and older to book.
5) Pets are not allowed
6) Please checkout on time. A $100 late fee will be applied for every 30 minutes guests are late passed checkout time.
7) A $200 replacement fee will be applied for missing remotes, keys or other items from the property. A $50 processing fee will be applied to ship back personal items left behind.
8) No shipping packages to the property. You may ship to local shipping centers for pickup only. Shipped packages will be returned to sender with a $50 processing fee.
9) We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect guest’s reservations. No exceptions can be made to the cancellation and refund policy for unforeseen events or unfortunate circumstances.
10) All reservations are subject to a non-refundable 8% credit card processing fee even if reservation is refund-eligible. (NOT APPLICABLE TO AIRBNB GUESTS)
Any violations of the house rules are subject to a minimum $500 fine with Host’s rights to cancel reservation and immediate removal from property with no refund.
*The Guest and any of their guests hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Host against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from the use of the Premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Guests agree to exercise caution when using the property and waive any and all liability claims against the host.
Guest give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify guest`s identity and check criminal databases to confirm reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. THE PARTIES. This Short-Term Occupancy Agreement (“Agreement”) made between the following:
Guest: (“Guest”), and
Host: West Coast Homestays LLC (“Host”).
THE PREMISES. The Guest agrees to occupy the following residence from the Host located at: (the “Premises.)
LEASE TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises during their booked dates (the “Occupancy Term.”) Check in shall be no earlier than 4:00PM on the first date of the Occupancy Term.
