Everything! Beautiful home and a 5 minute walk to restaurants coffee shops supermarket hairdressers nail salon 10 minute from city and 15 minute drive to air port, I loved the seating areas outside in the garden and veranda too

There is not one negative aspect about this beautiful home I hit the jack pot choosing it, very proud of my choice!

Federation house, gorgeous and spacious. Beautiful rooms.

It was accessible - perfect for someone with limited mobility. It was convenient and within a short drive from places we wanted to go.

Good location. Clean house. A lot of space.

A deposit of 400$ will be charged even if you stay for 2 nights. They ask you to submit a lot of additional information (e.g. a photo of your credit card, a photo of your driving license etc.). It's not my first time with AirBnB-like properties on Booking but this is the first time I have to go through this procedure. Wi-Fi password wasn't provided in the welcome email and there was no information in the house as well (or at least we couldn't find it) Despite sending a lot of emails, when I asked to move the check-out from 10 to 11 I didn't receive anything back in response (not even "no, it's not possible" which would have been a perfectly acceptable answer).
