Pet friendly home near Adventure World Fiona Murdoch

The location to FSH was excellent, only 5 minutes away. Also the park for our small dog.

The property was clean and tidy, just a bit dated.

Easy check in and check out. Communication was pretty good too but i would recommend just being upfront that an early check in isn't available so people can plan their days easier but i will say that they did do their best to still get us an earlier check in, it was just unfortunate that i didn't know what time that would be until the day of check in. The house was really nicely setup and we felt very safe staying here. All double beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows and the towels were a nice big size. The area is nice and quiet, perfect for a little get away. It has everything you need in regards to amenities and has some extras which was really nice. It has plenty of parking and was very easy to get to. Overall, I would recommend staying here.

The house could do with just a little bit of maintenance. The tap in the bathroom could do with the washers replaced so that the water turns off properly. Some of the light switches were a little hard to figure out but a little intuition is all that's needed.

Convenient to where we had appointments. Pet friendly and was a short walk to the park.

Property is very tired, maintenance jobs are needed (drawers in bedroom were jammed, wardrobe doors hard to open, whole in the ceiling of one bedroom robe exposing insulation, cold tap in laundry - broken comes off pipe, fans in bedroom not sufficient and was nearly empty of water - bottom of container slimy so I had to clean it, no tea towel to dry dishes, rollers worn in the tracks of the glass and fly screen doors, only two outdoor chairs, no instructions available on how to work things etc)
