The pillows were all very hard. 4 of 5 of did not sleep well due to this. Futon couch was broken, the back does not stay up properly making it uncomfortable to sit on. Black fan in bedroom with double & single bed broken (but luckily there was a nice breeze through the window 😊). Location was great. Clean & tidy. Host was lovely to deal with.
