The place was very clean, and since it’s a relatively new building, there were no bugs and nothing felt worn out. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cooking utensils, and there was also more than enough toilet paper provided for a long stay

It had just started getting cold, so we turned on the heater. I honestly felt like we might have been the first guests to use it this winter. Unfortunately, there was a lot of dust coming through when the heater was running, and everyone ended up with blocked noses and itchy throats. Even after opening the windows and ventilating the house, it didn’t improve much. It felt like the filters hadn’t been cleaned for quite some time. The furniture was another small disappointment. A lot of it looked quite old, almost like it had been picked up from free giveaway listings rather than intentionally furnished for a holiday rental. The house is also located on a major road, so guests who are sensitive to noise may find it less suitable. Lastly, there were security cameras installed outside the property. While I understand the need for security, I was disappointed that their presence was not disclosed prior to our stay.

The place is very comfortable. The owner provided a good number of towels and bedding was comfortable with lots of storage for clothes, etc to unpack and put away luggage. Good Location.

I felt that the kitchen could have been better equipped. Although the owner was very responsive to our request for a toaster, it could have been provided with a little more care. On request, it was left at the front door without any coverage, open to the elements- had to clean it prior to use. Place was a little dusty and we had to dust prior to "moving in" but was generally clean.

The premise is in a good conditions. All toilets and utilities are working fine.

The whole place was exceptional and the ease of checking in and everything that the host had in place and ready for our arrival made our stay that more pleasant. A great place to stay.

Having to leave. There was nothing that you could be upset about this property unless you are particularly hard to please.
