The property was well appointed with things you didn’t even know you needed! Supplies were very generous, the beds comfortable and the whole home was so clean that other than the doggy door there were no signs it was pet friendly. The kitchen was well appointed and we were able to cook comfortably. For families the kids room with the bunks, teepee and bookcase with lots of books and activities would be great as will the thoughtful kids plates/ cutlery, high chair, baby bath and other things you can’t travel with.
The only thing that we noticed was a slight difference in traffic noise from the weekend to the Monday. But the outdoor roller blinds helped muffle this a bit.

This was one of our first forays into the world of holiday home rentals, and we were very pleasantly surprised. The home was immaculate, and our host Leah had added a lot of homely touches to the property. From comfortable beds to a very well stocked kitchen, it was an absolute joy to stay the week. The location was quiet yet close to transport hubs and very centrally located in suburban Perth for day tripping. Well done, Leah we would certainly love to stay again ❤️🙏👍
The only thing that comes to mind is the need to wear shoes or thongs if you walk on the front lawn - there were some painful bindii-type prickles for unaware barefooted persons like me 🤪

* Fully equipped house with modern appliances and fittings, including laundry washing machine and dryer
* Host was easily reachable, supportive and friendly

* Positive vibes around the house interior
* Close proximity to Guildford - good area for f&b in rustic colonial ambience
* Bedrooms could have been better if there was access to natural sunlight
