Nice hotel with great food

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The welcome was warm and friendly, and the rooms were impressively spacious with very comfortable beds. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, offering plenty of variety and quality. Hiking trails start right at the hotel, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. Truly a place worth recommending!

Charming place

A very calm and relaxing place. Charming site ! The whole crew take nice care of your needs. Breakfast was pretty good and it has everything you want. I strongly recommend !

The cleaning crew starts at 7.30 am... So if you want to sleep a little bit longer, you'll need to be a heavy sleeper. Maybe create little pieces of paper/cardboard that the customer put on the door handle to indicate witch room is occupied or not ?

Excellent clean friendly Hotel.

The Location is quiet and peaceful, Breakfast was very good with a Great selection of different foods, also the restaurant was very good for evening meals, all the staff were very friendly and helpful especially Sebastian who was our Table Waiter and looked after us very well and kept us amused. I would not hesitate to return or recommend this Hotel. We were a Group on 5 Motorbikes and the Hotel let us Park our Motorbikes in a secure Garage.

very good place to stay near daun, super surrounding, food was excellent and very friendly staff

Very friendly atmosphere, very good service, breakfast was great and dinner fantastic. Location is quiet and just 2 km on walking distance to the Centre of Daun (walk through beautiful park). All kind of beautiful roads in Rheinland Pfalz for a superb convertible Tour.

Erholsame Tage in nettem familiären Hotel.

Sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit separatem Wohnzimmer mit Schreibtisch, Sofa und 2. TV, sehr bequeme Betten, gutes Frühstück und überwiegend freundliches Personal.

Speiseräume aufgrund der alten Panoramafenster bei richtig kaltem Wetter nicht vernünftig zu beheizen. Ausgestopfte Tiere nicht jemand Jedermanns Sache.

Gutes Frühstück mit frischen Brötchen, heutzutage keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Das kleine Eifelstädtchen Daun ist auch im Winter einen Besuch wert!

Eine Kleinigkeit: Beim Frühstück könnte Fruchtjoghurt um Naturjogurth ergänzt werden.

Ideaal gelegen hotel voor een korte wandelvakantie, met als pluspunt een zeer goed ontbijt.

De ligging, dicht bij de Maaren, Daun en Manderscheid. Zelfs in januari geschikt voor een korte wandelvakantie. Zeer goed ontbijt.

Fijne, gemoedelijke en verzorgde plek mét aandacht voor de gasten!

Een echt familiehotel: het personeel is heel vriendelijk en betrokken. Heel fijne rustige locatie ook.

We hebben er niet speciaal om gevraagd omdat het voor ons geen halszaak was, maar er zijn geen specifieke vegan opties voor ontbijt en diner. Wellicht wat plantaardige melk of yoghurt voor zowel bij de koffie als het ontbijt (muesli) en een vegan optie op de dinerkaart en we kunnen een 10/10 geven :)

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut zum Wandern. Viele wanderstrecken in der Umgebung. Im Hotel konnte man im eigenem Restaurant lecker essen. Kann nur weiterempfehlen.

Er was geen afzuigsysteem in de badkamer van de suite alsook geen raam om te verluchten. Er ontbrak een koelkast.

Klassieke, schone, en goede uitvalbasis voor zeer mooie heuvelachtige wandelingen.

We zijn erg goed geholpen door Sebastian en een aardige dame, vooral bij het avond eten. Mooie locatie om vanuit het hotel direct het bos in te lopen, of naar andere dorpen te wandelen. We verbleven in de suite kamer, wat perfect was voor ons en onze hond. Het eten was prima, maar wel een beperkte keuze. Zeker een plek om terug te komen! Biertjes waren erg lekker!!

Überaus freundliches Personal. Grosses Zimmer und sehr gute Lage im Grünen zum sofort Loswandern. Frühstück und Abendessen im Restaurant hervorragend.

Das grosse Zimmer hat eigentümlich nach Feuchtigkeit und Muff gerochen.

Landschaft und Unterkunft zum Seele baumeln lassen.

Sehr ruhig gelegenes kleines Hotel, der nächste Ort mit Geschäften und Restaurants fußläufig in 30 Minuten erreichbar. Freundliches Personal, tolles Frühstück...schmackhaftes Abendessen. Tolle Umgebung, wunderschöne Landschaft. Ein Paradies für Wanderer. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Das Personal hat uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und aufgenommen. Das Zimmer ist sehr freundlich eingerichtet und sauber. Der Balkon ist groß und man hat einen schönen Blick auf die Eifel.

Ein schönes Hotel, leider durch Straßenlärm beeinträchtigt

Freundlicher Empfang und sauberes, geräumiges Zimmer, Frühstück war guter Durchschnitt.

Obwohl ich vorab um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten habe, bekam ich eins zur Hauptstraße . Mit offenem Fenster schlafen war nicht möglich, da der Autolärm sehr störend war.
