As soon as you step into this Gulf-front three-bedroom home, you’ll be greeted by picturesque Gulf views. Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliders flood the space with Alabama sunshine and show off the sparkling emerald waters. In the spacious living room, you’ll love the elegant styling and comfortable furnishings that make it feel like home, plus the large flatscreen TV that’s perfect for cozy movie nights.
The fully equipped kitchen features an open layout, white appliances and cabinetry, a tile backsplash, and plenty of counter space for meal prep. Pull up a stool at the expansive breakfast bar with seating for four, or crank some tunes on the stereo system and mix cocktails at the accompanying wet bar with a sink, ice maker, and open glass shelving. When it’s time for meals or games, there’s a table for four in the Gulfview dining space.
With three well-appointed bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a Queen sleeper sofa, this home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. It has the perfect setup for families or groups of friends, with two King bedrooms and a third bedroom with two Queens. On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Very nice place, clean. Quiet location is family friendly, away from Spring Beak crowds. Only drawback is all TV's unable to access online streaming. Property only features a CD player for music. No bluetooth capability. Seems like an easy fix.
