The Primary suite is a true retreat, offering a King bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bath, complete with a Jacuzzi tub, a large walk-in tile shower, and dual vanities. The second bedroom echoes this luxury with a King bed, a private bath, and a large flat-screen TV, ensuring a restful sleep. The third bedroom, perfect for family or friends, features two cozy Queen beds, a private bath, and another large flat-screen TV.
The living area is a haven of relaxation, boasting tile flooring, floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the room with natural light, and a large flat-screen TV for entertainment. The condo also offers wireless internet access, ensuring you stay connected during your getaway.

Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es).
MONTHLY RENTALS

Nice place but the construction was a bit of a pain. Toaster didn't work. Light burned out in tub/shower.

We had a great time. Plenty of room for 10 of us. 5 kids and 5 adults. We have always loved staying at the Phoenix Properties and this was no exception. My 7-year-old nephew told me "I think we need to buy this place." So, I think that means he was having a great time and loved the condo!

The condo was perfect. The company that I rented from Liquid Life was terrible. We will not rent from this company ever again if they operate any condo. Everything they promised did not happen. Example: they had told that us we could check-in at 2 if the condo was ready. We got there at 2:15. Go to the condo to see if it was ready. It was. The code wouldn’t work. I called to see if we can get in. They told us that we couldn’t get in until 4 but they would let me know when we could get in. I get a message from them at 4:16 that it was ready!! We also ask it we could have a 11:00 check out instead of 10. They told us they would give us until 12 but they would have to charge us for it. ( there was no one checking in either after us either). They are not what I call accommodating
