It doesn’t get any comfier and cozier at the beach than this professionally decorated Gulf-front home. A huge, ultra-plush sectional and two leather recliners welcome families and friends to gather together and unwind in front of a flatscreen TV and stunning Gulf views. Sunlight streams in through floor-to-ceiling windows, brightening the entire open space, and beautiful wood flooring lends a sense of luxury.
Just beyond the living room, the fully equipped kitchen awaits. With a contrasting black and white design, it’s modern and elegant. Plus it has everything needed to make meal prep a breeze, including plenty of counter space, lots of cabinetry, appliances like single-cup and full-pot coffee makers, and a huge breakfast bar with seating for four. At the matching wet bar, allow your drink menu to be inspired by the wine fridge, ice maker, blender, and glassware. When it’s time to dine, there’s seating for eight in the Gulfview dining room.
After busy beach days, sink into comfortable bedding in your own private retreat. Three well-appointed bedrooms each have high-quality furnishings, crisp white linens, TVs, and private bathrooms. With a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a fourth full bathroom, plus a washer/dryer in the unit, it’s easy for groups of up to ten guests to have their own space.
Outside on your private balcony, there’s plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the picturesque Gulf views. There’s really nothing like being directly on the beach. Enjoy your morning coffee as you keep an eye out for dolphins, relax with a favorite book as you scope out the best beach spot, sneak a peek at the beachfront pools down below, and gather for al fresco meals when you return home from your adventures. On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Great property for a family wanting to stay away from the craziness of the popular Florida beaches. The beaches are beautiful and many great restaurants within a few minutes walk or drive. Extremely family friendly!

We are a party of 5 (2 adults & 3 teens) who came for a quick getaway weekend. We usually go to Panama City, FL, every spring, but didnt want to drive that far as our vacation time is very limited this year. This condo is so extraordinary that I would gladly forego Panama City and return here in the future. Super clean and spacious. Beautifully decorated. Beds are comfortable. Theres even a dedicated ice maker at the wet bar along with a wine fridge. Bathrooms are very clean with plenty of room in each. Master bath & closet are huge! Property is family friendly & quiet. Beach is clean with chairs & umbrellas provided along with a volleyball net. Pools are even nicer than I expected. The balcony is aesthetically pleasing and roomier than I expected. Its situated to allow for maximum viewing area of the beach while allowing for privacy from other units. Outdoor furniture is comfy, AND theres even an outdoor electrical outlet where one can charge devices if needed. MAJOR BONUS: you can park on the same level as the condo, and parking is easily accessible from the unit (less than 1 minute to walk from car to unit door). Booking through VRBO was easy & check-in went smoothly. Desk staff was courteous and helpful when I asked questions. There are various retail stores within 1.5 miles (grocery, drugstore, etc.) to stock up in the kitchen and such. We will definitely return here in the future. Thank you for a wonderful vacation that we will never forget!
