Welcome to Phoenix West! Phoenix West is located on the white, sandy beaches of Orange Beach, AL and is one of the premier condo complexes on the Gulf Coast. Phoenix West offers large and luxurious condos, and the complex is loaded with amenities. There is a Gulf front river with a water slide, a large outdoor pool, a kiddie pool that is perfect for the little ones, a large heated indoor pool, multiple hot tubs, a sauna, a top-of-the-line exercise facility, lighted tennis courts, a BBQ grilling area, covered parking, and more!

Welcome to Paradise in this Gulf front 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom condo at Phoenix West! Enjoy some of the best views in Orange Beach, AL from the private Gulf side balcony. There is a King in the Master, a Queen in Guest bedroom 1, and 2 Queens in Guest bedroom 2. Phoenix West offers some of the best amenities around. There is an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, a Gulf front lazy river with slides, hot tubs, saunas, exercise gyms, covered parking, and more!

We had a wonderful stay at Phoenix West and it is a perfect place for kids. The beach access is convenient and there were many fun amenities. Even though it is a large condo, it rarely felt crowded. We had just two minor complaints. One, the property management was a bit too strict about the surrounding weather and closing of the pool. I am not sure what they were using to monitor for lightning, but they would say it was within 10 miles when no other radars showed it within 40. This would close all pools including the indoor pool which made no sense. Secondly, while the listing mentioned needing to bring your own spices, coffee, and anything beyond basic cooking supplies, there were other basic items not made available that should be listed for the families to bring. There was no dish soap in the kitchen besides one pack of dishwasher detergent that they wanted you to use at checkout. There was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Finally, there were a few simple kitchen gadgets missing such as a can opener. Overall, the condo is nice and spacious and we had a great time.

Other than the vrbo listing/description being wrong with the bedding sizes and toilet not being cleaned—and a couple of minor issues, it was a nice unit. Right off the elevator, great view and location. We loved our stay overall.
