· Spacious living area features sectional seating that includes a queen sleeper sofa and a wall-mounted flat-screen television.
· Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, beautiful tiled backsplash, and seating for three at counter.
· Adjacent wet bar has granite countertops and mini-fridge.
· Dining room has a table seating six.
· Master bedroom has a King-size bed and wall-mounted flat-screen television.
· Master bathroom features a double sink vanity with granite countertops, Jacuzzi tub and separate shower.
· All guest bedrooms offer flat-screen televisions.
· Gulf-front balcony offers two outdoor dining tables and chairs for plenty of outdoor dining options.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

We love staying at Phoenix West! We had 5 adults and 4 kids, and the condo was big enough for us all. Staying on the 4th floor was great! The kitchen is equipped with plenty of cookware, dishes, and silverware. The floors were very clean - if you've stayed in any condo before you know how dirty the bottom of your feet can get from a dirty floor. That's definitely not the case in 408! We can't wait to come back next year!

We had a great time even though it was a cloudy week .the condo was very spacious and updated and would definitely stay here again
