Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $70 per vehicle. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

With 9 people including 2 kids, finding a place that gave everyone a full bathroom is almost impossible! Every room has a FULL bath in this condo and it was the perfect place for our large family!

Room was nice, some of the outlets would’nt charge anything but we read this is common in phoenix properties. Unit was clean and good location close to everything!

The property manager was very unhelpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

We rented a 4 bed/bath condo and had to pay extra for 3 passes and couldn’t get a 4th pass. We had 4 families which meant 4 cars. There were lots of parking spaces available but since we rented through Phoenix LLC (which is an individual not the building owner) and not Brett Robinson they would not allow us a 4th parking pass. Also, never had to pay for parking passes when we paid so much to rent the place. Should have been issued at least 2 with the rental. We called and left aVoicemail but never heard back. Also, very limited amenities in the rental. Other than that, It was a nice place with plenty of room. (Still mold on one of the shower curtains. I noticed that in an earlier review but thought it would have been taken care of.)
