Decorated in rich tones with unique styling and designer touches, this isn’t your average condo at the beach. As a corner unit, you’ll enjoy stunning Gulf views from almost every room in the house. The living space is lovingly decorated with statement pieces like cowhide accent chairs and a hand carved wooden pelican. There’s plenty of seating for everyone, whether that’s the accent chairs, comfy sofas, or dramatic daybed set in just the right spot for the best Gulf views. There’s also a flatscreen TV to keep you entertained during your downtime.
The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living space and boasts tons of white cabinetry, expansive granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The enormous kitchen island can host seven guests. There’s also a matching workspace adjacent to the kitchen if you need to check in with the office. When it’s time to dine, gather in the Gulfview dining space, where there is seating for eight at the formal dining table and a full wet bar with a sink, ice maker, wine fridge, and open glass shelving.
The ultimate luxury, every bedroom in this home has floor-to-ceiling windows and sliders showcasing incredible views. When you need some time to yourself, there are four well-appointed bedrooms to choose from, each with a flatscreen TV, Gulf views, and a private bathroom, including the primary ensuite with a double vanity, garden tub, and separate walk-in shower. There is also a half bathroom, a Queen sleeper sofa, and a full washer and dryer, making it easy to accommodate families of up to twelve.
Plus, you have even more living space outside on your private Gulf-front balcony. Enjoy gorgeous Gulf views while you’re kicking back on a loveseat, lounging on a chaise, or dining al fresco at the table for six. There’s plenty of room and plenty of seating for everyone as you plan your Orange Beach adventures.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

This condo was perfect for our family! My husband and I, our oldest son and his wife and their 3 kids, our middle son and his wife and their 3 kids...the space was perfect for us!

My father adores the beach. It is nothing for him to visit Gulf Shores & Orange Beach several times a year. He booked this exact unit from August 12-18, 2023. My 2 sisters & I, along with our spouses & children, spent great quality fun family time in this unit. We all had plenty of space & enjoyed our own bathrooms & loved to sit out on the balcony early AMs & late PMs (even got videos of sharks). The 19th floor makes amazing views of marine life down the shore. On the 18th we said our goodbyes & all looked forward to next year's beach trip together again (per usual).
Unfortunately, that was the last time I ever saw my daddy alive. Right there in that beautiful condo we shared so many great memories in. Thriving & full of so much life. Life that could last lifetimes. Life most of us surpass. He passed exactly 2 weeks later on September 1, 2023 at only 58 years old. He was venting a natural gas pipe at work (TVA) when it folded under pressure causing a fatal brain injury.
Life is fleeting & incalculable. Enjoy your time with your loved ones. Be grateful, always. Things can always be worse. My sisters & our children had a beautiful memorable beach trip this year (July 2024). We all just had an aching sensation that we were missing a major part of our regular family tradition. In an odd way this helped me appreciate the trip more & time I had with family. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo & letting it serve as such a massive core memory. We love & miss you daddy

Great venue and layout. Big problems with appliances. Reported refrigerator and freezer outage on day #1- took more than 24 hrs for someone to look at it and still not repaired before departure. Ice machine and wine fridge also malfunctioned and unusable. Reported and checked in multiple times to help next guest have a better experience with appliances. Needs some TLC with maintenance. Might be a building problem. Apt next to us had no AC.
Service desk personnel very nice when present. Lots of signs of “currently not available”.
Could have been a 5 star experience otherwise.

The pictures do not do this condo justice! It is absolutely gorgeous!!! It was extremely spacious and we had every single Amenity of home plus a breathtaking view of the ocean! We will definitely stay here again!!
