The stsff were very friendly and helpful. The room was basic, inc a TV, lamp, towels etc..very clean znd serviced every day. During your stay, you receive a bus pass gor Rhineland-Palatinate which includes the Wuppertal railway. Will stay again.

2 minute walk from the main train station and other useful amenities. Beds were comfy and was most reasonably priced when we were booking. Staff were good.
Tap had little pressure, shower couldn’t maintain a temperature so either very hot or freezing. Very noisy from trams/vehicles.
Initially given a twin when a double was booked but went straight down to reception and was given a different room. No fridge in room.
