Friendly staff and very convenient to get to from the railway station

Friendly staff

Very run down….needed decorating, updating furniture and curtains, beds and bedding and meals were basic and plain. Toilets were a smelly! No air con just a free standing unit!

a nice hotel lovely people did everything possible for us.

the staff had made every effort to help us on a 36C day. we had cycled there over the bridge and they allowed us to check in very early to avoid the heat and also leave our bikes safe. the staff were amazingly helpful .

it was a bit noisy and hot despite the portable A/C unit they had provided. they did their best.

A convenient and comfortable stay for travellers adjacent to station with friendly and helpful staff

Location opposite railway station works well for bike riders and travellers. Not so close to principal points of interest. Friendly and helpful staff who spoke a number of languages including English. Clean and tidy and good sized room. Breakfast was perfectly adequate for travellers

Although the location was conveniently opposite the station it was a little distanced from restaurants and primary places of interest.

Staff and general atmosphere very welcoming. Highly recommend for a comfortable and convenient stay for work.

The cooked breakfast was not edible in my personal opinion, but the patisserie, bread, juice and cold cuts were fine!

Noisy garbage and bottle collection by municipal rubbish collectors at dawn. Not the easiest place to access due to crazy road network but this is not the hotel’s fault

Well located for the work activities we had around town. The hotel was having some renovations but that did not interfere with our stay in the slightest. Stephanie was most helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely return again.

A nice hotel convenient for buses and trains.

Larger than average accommodation and well kept interiors. Breakfast was plentiful and well prepared and presented and the location was excellent for exploring the town.

Parking not straightforward though free in nearby side streets.

Petit déjeuner vraiment très bien, copieux, varié, de qualité, personnel très sympathique et accueillant Grand lit double très confortable, oreillers x4 Déco récente et de qualité Très propre Salle de bain rafraîchie. Produits de toilettes. Les chambres donnent sur la place de la gare mais grâce aux 2 fenêtres double vitrage, on n’entend quasiment rien des bruits extérieurs, c’est bien.

Chambres pas très insonorisées entre elles Télévision petite par rapport au standing Le frigo du mini bar fait du bruit, nous l’avons débranché chaque nuit. Les consommations sont chères. Un climatiseur mobile dans la chambre prend un peu de place. Nous n’avons pas eu besoin de le mettre en service mais s’il avait fallu, cela nécessite de dormir fenêtre ouverte pour faire sortir le tuyau (bruits de la rue …)

Gros bémol sur le climatiseur assez bruyant et sur les rideaux qui n’occultent pas du tout la lumière… S’il fait jour dehors impossible d’être dans l’obscurité dans la chambre

Séjour agréable, excellent rapport qualité-prix

Petit déjeuner varié et copieux, produits de qualité, oranges pressées minute. (pinaillage : le bacon gagnerait à être davantage grillé, mais oeufs brouillés & bacon c'est déjà très bien) Connexion WiFi performante et stable Propreté impeccable Machine à café type Nespresso en chambre (infiniment mieux qu'une bouilloire et des sachets de café lyophilisé ) Personnel disponible et plein de bonne volonté.

Chambre avec balcon, s'il y avait eu une chaise (rien d'exceptionnel, un truc basique en plastique...) pour se poser sur le balcon, ç'aurait été encore mieux) Pas eu besoin de l'utiliser, compte tenu du climat lors de mon séjour, mais la climatisation de la chambre repose sur un appareil mobile et non une réelle climatisation de l'hôtel. Pas forcément crucial à St Nazaire, mais une petite ambiguïté par rapport à la description Booking qui laisse penser à un système d'air conditionné.
