Booking made was changed by Aparthotel but rectified on arrival

The On The Day booking was accepted for a twin room but we were given a double room on arrival. Once this was pointed out the receptionist gave us an upgrade at no extra cost to a double and sofa bed room - so we were very happy.

. No aircon - and it was a heat wave so the room was very hot. It is situated at the end of an Industrial estate road so as long as you only want to sleep there - it is good value for money.

The place was so dirty, we had to clean the whole place when we arrived. The floor and kitchen was very dirty and the bathroom stank and the shower leaked all over the flat. The curtains had very bad brown stains on them. Really the place needs a massive clean!

Très bien, propre, calme, logement adapté à une famille. Petit déjeuner bon mais un peu cher au vu de ce qui est proposé... Machine et sèche linge à disposition.

Très bon weekend

Très bon accueil. La chambre et la salle de bain spacieuse avec la douche qui se ferme. Lit confortable avec de bons oreillers. Parking assez grand, gratuit mais non fermé car l'aparthotel et accolé à un immeuble résidentiel. Proche de la zone commercial.

La ventilation et le frigo qui font trop de bruits, gênant pour dormir. La vue sur les balcons des résidents d'à côté. Pas assez de chaînes TV.

Le stationnement est grand, l'accueil et la tranquillité étaient parfaits.

L'Aparthotel est loin de tous commerces et restaurants. Un peu plus de 1 km à pied pour les premiers. C'est tranquille mais pas un beau décor pour marcher.

L'établissement est très propre et le personnel très accueillant.

Le studio assez exigu, doté d'une très petite fenêtre, assez sombre. L'appart hôtel est situé dans une zone commerciale, plus appropriée pour des travailleurs à proximité de la zone portuaire.

Aurait été à la hauteur de mes attentes avec une douche adaptée PMR

Position par rapport aux activités alentours

Logement décrit comme accessible au fauteuil roulant dans sont intégralité. Cependant la douche est complètement inadapté !. Le nouveau moteur de recherche de booking est une calamité pour ceux qui recherche un logement PMR. Le filtre ne fonctionne pas avec les mots clés PMR ou fauteuil roulant et le seul critère permettant cette recherche est « logement entièrement accessible en fauteuil roulant ». Bonjour le résultat 😵‍💫

Bonjour, je réside 35, rue de l'Etoile du Matin, aux Jardins d'Océanis. J'ai réservé un studio 2 personnes le 5 aoüt dernier pour ma belle-flle venant de TaIwan. Elle a été ravie des services proposés.

Dommage que l appartement ne soit pas climatisé Avons souffert de la chaleur car appartement situé est sud est impossible de l aéré température nocturne +de 25 degrés malgré fenêtres ouvertes

L’endroit était calme. Le lit confortable et la cuisine bien. La chambre propre. Le personnel gentil et à tout fait pour répondre à nos besoins.

Manque une climatisation lors des fortes chaleurs. Un petit regret concernant le manque d’un sèche cheveux dans la salle de bain.
