Great location, clean, good access (code into building and into room), spacious. Also liked the relaxing communal space.

Parking outside the apartment was expensive, we managed to find a free car park by the submarine base.

Everything was great: it is modern, well organized and central. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was well tended with one exception.

The floor hadn’t been cleaned for quite a while. The dust was gathering in the corners and socks or bare feet were quickly covered with dirt. The rest was so good (and also clean), that we didn’t complain, but we kept wondering about the difference in the standards.

Superb

My apartment was spacious, clean, tidy and the location to the town centre is perfect. It was incredibly quiet and the ideal place to work and isolate for 10 days. Nathalie was incredibly helpful and I'm very thankful for her for helping me out with booking a covid test and for making it so simple to extend my stay when required. I would definitely recommend.

MAUVAIS EXPERIENCE

Je n'ai jamais reçu de code pour rentrer. La personne au téléphone ne me trouvait pas sur la liste. Une fois trouvée, la chambre était occupée par une autre personne, donc je suis allée dans une autre chambre. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas. Odeur d'humidité dans la chambre surtout la salle de bain, pas top. Il est certain que j'y retournerais pas et je le conseille pas non plus.

bon rapport qualité prix si on recherche une chambre type hôtel literie très confortable et chambre très propre linge de maison à disposition draps et serviettes/papier toilette, etc...

la taille de la chambre la salle d'eau qui est minuscule faut pas être gros il y a qu'une seule chaise pour 2 pas très pratique pour manger...

Un séjour glacial

appartement bien situé et globalement bien équipé qui a tout pour être confortable et permettre de passer un agréable séjour

Nous avons réservé à 14h30 pour une arrivée à 19h. J'ai envoyé un message à l'établissement vers 17h pour vérifier la présence de vaisselle. Pas de réponse. Le numéro de téléphone ne répond pas non plus. A notre arrivée, il ne faisait pas plus de 10 degré dans l'appartement, le chauffage n'ayant pas été mis en marche avant notre arrivée. Nous avons allumé les deux chauffages RDC et mezzanine à 19h15 en position maximale. Le radiateur du haut est resté froid et celui du bas très tiède. Résultat, nous n'avons pas dû dépasser les 12 degré dans l'appartement. Nous avons été obligés de passer la soirée du réveillon emmitouflés dans des plaids heureusement mis à disposition. Et nous avons dormi avec les deux couettes et les deux plaids. J'ai pourtant envoyé deux messages à l'établissement à 21h et 23h30 pour leur signaler le problème. J'ai renvoyé un message en partant le matin sur leur application. Je n'ai toujours pas de réponse. J'attends un dédommagement financier au titre du préjudice subi. C'est inadmissible qu'il n'y ait pas une personne à contacter en urgence pour ce genre de problème. Je suis très déçue de cette soirée qui devait être pourtant une belle soirée de réveillon.

Chambre triste Tout en gris Pas de deco Personne dans l'hôtel j'ai dû attendre une demi-heure sur le trottoir avant de recevoir un code porte. Avant : plusieurs appels sans réponse. J'ai failli aller à la police pour occuper la chambre que j'avais prépayée ! La chambre était censée être disponible à partir de 14 h. Je n'ai eu le code qu'après 22 h ! De plus pas de chauffage en entrant dans la chambre. Il a fallu que jattende que ça chauffe ! Bonjour l'accueil ! Ne pas recommander 🤢 C'est dehumanisé

Le smartappart était bien situé

On a vu personne de l'établissement. Les serviettes de toilette sont rèches, il faudrait les laver avec du vinaigre blanc pour les désinfecter à fond et les rendre plus douce ( astuce de pressing😉) et penser à laver les rideaux aussi qui étaient gris et sentaient mauvais.

Goede ligging, zelf inchecken. Goed bed, grote ruimte. Fietsen konden binnen staan.

Het was te warm, schuin dak en de zon stond erop, airco zou fijn zijn geweest. Er miste een snijplank en een broodmes.
