passable and no surprises!

I Didn’t use the breakfast facility I tend to use some of the local cafes in the adjacent Ruban Bleu shopping Precinct. I have stayed here before a few times and only use it to sleep as I am out all other hours. It is very sparse and tired in appearance but in all fairness I could n’t have afforded 10 nights at any other local hotel. So as long as the visitor bears all this in mind, it is passable. Lots of Eastern European Shipyard workers so it can get noisy.

Basically needs a good renovation and make over especially the bathrooms.

the room smelt of cigarette smoke. It was really bad The fact that I was called and informed that in spite of my reservation confirmation my room was no longer available after te second night. I spent a lot of time trying to sort it out, time i don't have Extremely noisy late into the night both within and without

Très forte odeur de tabac et égouts dans la chambre. Lavabo de la chambre dans un état de vétusté ainsi que la moquette de la chambre Je ne suis même pas allée jusqu’au terme de ma réservation

Emplacement et accueil au top, mais séjour gâché par pannes, bruit et manque d’équipement/entretien

-L’accueil bienveillant de deux personnes sur place, très aidantes pour récupérer la clé - L’emplacement pratique, proche du centre‑ville de Saint‑Nazaire et des sites (Poséidon, plage, Ruban Bleu), idéal pour tout faire à pied. -La présence d’un parking sur place.

Les parties communes sont peu engageantes (odeur de renfermé). À mon arrivée, sur deux ascenseurs, un seul fonctionnait ; à mon départ, plus aucun, ce qui m’a bloqué avec les bagages, d’autant qu’il n’y a qu’un escalier pour un grand nombre de logements. L’environnement est bruyant de jour comme de nuit , l’appartement est très peu équipé (peu de vaisselle, peu de rangements salle de bain, éclairages défaillants au lit, moquette usée, appareil qui ronronne la nuit frigo) et le stationnement est anarchique, ce qui interroge sur la sécurité.

Simple mais très confortable et très alaise.

Les incivilités des clients qui ont déjà séjourné avant et laisser des traces de brûlure, sur la moquette, dans les toilettes, etc …..c’est regrettable pour un Établissement qui veut faire du mieux et donner le meilleur service. À bon entendeur, merci.

Unterkunft o.k. Umgebung: Hunde gehören an die Leine - erst recht Kampfhunde!

Das Apartment war sauber. Lediglich die Einrichtung ist älter, das störte mich aber nicht. Dafür war die Buchung kostengünstig. In der Umgebung werden schon mal die Hunde unangeleint herumlaufen gelassen. Wenn sich Besitzer wegdrehen und ihren Pittbull auf mich zulaufen lassen, kriege ich ja Todesangst! Und ich hatte den Eindruck, dass die Besitzer genau das wollten. Statt dass der Kampfhund an der Leine ist, habe ich meine Spaziergänge beschränkt. Schlechte Erfahrung mit mehreren Hunden habe ich schon früher in Frankreich gemacht. Freie Bürger sollten in ihren Rechten mehr Gewicht haben als Hunde!

Habe ich schon beschrieben - siehe oben. Mit der Unterkunft bin ich soweit zufrieden gewesen.

Hotel avec un gros potentiel,une rénovation est nécessaire.

L emplacement

La moquette dans la chambre et dans les couloirs,celles-ci sont sales et sentent,pas d équipements pour laver la vaisselle,pas d éponge,torchon,liquide vaisselle et manque d ustensiles de cuisine,je suis allé dans d autres appart city ceux-ci étaient mieux équipés. Beaucoup de bruit sur le parking et dans les autres chambres avec leurs fenêtres ouvertes.... L aération d air de la fenêtre fait un bruit d avion quand la fenêtre est fermée.
