In fact, nothing major. Maybe clearer directions upfront on where to find the shuttle bus. But that was a minor issue and quickly resolved, as they stayed in touch via WhatsApp.”

Disappointing

The shuttle service from and to the airport

The hotel is in serious need of a revamp. I specifically requested a carpet-free room to accommodate my son’s sinus issues, yet was given one with carpet. Only received a response around the carpet a day after my stay. While I understand I was in France, it seems unreasonable to share communication only in French when the hotel caters to international guests. The shower still has an outdated cloth curtain, and the so-called curtain in the room barely deserves the name. When the AC is switched off, the stale carpet smell becomes overwhelming. The photos on booking.com are far from an accurate representation of the actual room.

A Perfect Stay – Peaceful, Comfortable, and Beautiful

loved everything about this hotel. The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for getting to the airport. I truly had a peaceful and enjoyable stay. It was my favorite experience during my trip.

Very nice and central.

The hotel lies in the vicinity of the airport. There are many parking places around it to book during your vacations. The shuttle-service is fast and reliable. If you arrive later from your trip at the airport you can call them. Absolutely no problem, very good.

The roms are small, but functional. Also some parts of the furniture are a little bit worn out. On the other hand it is no hotel to spend your vacations, most of the people arrive, park their car, sleep for one night ang got to the airport. So no big problem at all.

I regularly take an early morning flight from Orly. Normally it has been too early or the breakfast service. This time I noticed the service starts earlier at 04:00.That's better !

Staff were very friendly, hotel staff was very accommodating organising or shuttle bus to get us to the airport on time. Excellent value for money. Staff could not do more for us.

The hotel was lovely clean, not very presentable from the inside, but inside nice bright lobby area, and well lite hallways. The carpet in our rooms could do with updating and that is my only complaint. Everything else was excellent.

Convenient and easy stay for early and/or late night flights.

Hotel has a great shuttle system and is clearly favored for being close to the airport. Rooms are basic but very clean and staff is friendly and well informed.

One night only accommodation

The room had a funny smell, nothing like the photo, tatty furniture, dull lighting, corridor to room badly stained carpets. we only stayed one night as needed to be near airport. staff were friendly and helpful. probably a 2 star, expensive for what was offered. No hot water at 4 a m in the morning

Excellent option for sleeping near orly airport

The shuttles from and to the orly airport.The staff very helpful. We had missed our flight in orly and needed a place with shuttle to sleep overnight. They offered free shuttle. Just after the booking we called them and they picked us up from a bus station at the airport after 15 minutes. They also took us the day after to the airport even twice because we had 2 different flights. We were very satisfied with the shuttle service.

The breakfast was very basic very small choice but it had what we needed and the croissants were the best.

Airport shuttle, closer to the Orly airport. Decent sized room with enough space for the family of 4. Only stayed a night (6 hours), so cannot comment on any other facility that hotel provides.

Location is in mid of industrial/office area with large truck parkings around. Only works if you dont need to venture out for a bite or something. The hotel is a small building with a feel of a cheap motel. Booking.com says Airport shuttle is available 24x7 but the guy at reception said only at 04:00 (we wanted 03:30). The guy at reception is the one driving and essentially he could have at 03:30 as said in booking.com. But it just takes 10 mins to Orly, so it was not a big issue.

Hotel was closed when we arrived - had to literally start ou night outside (!!) until 1AM

Location

The reception is staffed only 50% of the time at night (of course no one would advise you upfront), If you're unlucky you may have to wait 40 minutes in the cold outside. We banged at the door (probably woke up a few guests) and called the phone but no one was there to answer from half past midnight until past 1AM. Worse hotel I've stay in my life - I am not exaggerating and I've travel to some funny places. My 6year old daughter was terrified we'd have to spend the whole night outside and broke in tears - to a point I decided to break in (illegally, since no one would open the door / not really safe for paying guests,,,) to start our night on the reception sofa until staff came back from wherever they were... After explaining "it was not his fault" they weren't appropriately staffed, I was asked to pay full price with no apology. Picture below is my terrified daughter sleeping on the reception sofa after we had to break in.

Small dingy room, thin walls so noise from adjoining room woke me at 3AM, no heat in room, no services nearby except one restaurant with mice. No kidding, it’s depressing.

Extremely Friendly Staff with a very confortable Beds, shower and Parking for a huge Mercedes Van

Staff was supper friendly, and were ready to help us, specially considering the situation we got at the hotel, as we needed to extend our trip in the last minute since one of our children got ill and required hospitalization in the last day. One member of the reception desk even offered herself to take care of our other children as we needed to spend time at the hospital.

The location is not what you expect when you think about Paris, still the room was so confortable, the staff so friendly and considering we were driving our own car this hotel is definitely a great option if you want to visit Paris and doesn't care about being in the middle of Paris, the mall near by is also a great option for the Kids with bowling and cinema so they can recover after all museums and culture of the light city
