The stay was great, the hotel was clean and the staff very attentive and professional. The location is amazing and close to many metro/train stations.
The elevator. Our room was on the side where the reception is and that elevator shakes and vibrates quite a bit. We took it once then used the stairs.

J'adore la décoration et le lit très confortable. Le personnel est charmant et prêt à vous aider. Le locale est ideal pour visiter le Louvre et pour manger bien et avoir l'accès au métro. La télé
C'est un peu cher et il n'y avait pas le livre d'accueil que le site indique qu'il faut lire pour connaître le prix des produits du frigot et sur le comptoir. Jaime qu'il y a un petit frigot.

The proximity to the Louvre!
The tight elevator, hallway, stairs and street noise. The carpet was dirty!

The receptionist was welcoming and polite.
The sink was leaking from the under pipe, the bed linen had hairs on it. Was not clean overall. Wouldn’t choose to stay again
