Great location for efficient apartment in 1st arrondissement!

Location was great - maybe 5 minute walk from Louvre! Unit was small, very typical for area - but extreme efficient use of space - complete with stocked fridge for breakfast (very thoughtful), fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, nice bathroom, microwave(!), comfortable beds, mini table, closets for unpacking, TV and even DVDs - and quiet. Packed it all in a small space. Restaurants, shops, museums all in walking distance. Ideal for 2-3 people who travel light. Exceeded expectations for $ value - especially in the area.

The apartment is nice for 2 people, but very cramped for our group of 3 adults and 2 children.

The owner was very friendly. The location was excellent. The apartment was clean.

An entire room that was pictured on the website was missing, therefore we were missing a bed. The washer/dryer didn't work. The towels and linens smelled of cigarette smoke.

I enjoyed the building and the atmosphere around it.

Love the fact that it had everything we needed. I felt very welcomed by the owner. It is such a beautiful place and we would like to be back hopefully one day. Thank you for everything and breakfast was delicious. I loved that there were so many wonderful food places around there like 5 minutes walking. I loved the convince of the museum being so close to the apartment. Like 2 blocks. We got to really enjoy and explore Paris by staying in this apartment.

There was something wrong with the left side of bed, my husband couldn’t not sleep comfortably those 4 days. Not sure if this hasn’t been reported yet but we try to make it work. The dryer took so long to dry our clothes sadly we were very stressed since we had to catch a flight very early morning bit after two cycles of trying to dry it just left our clothes still somewhat wet. We had to take it out and air dry it all around the apartment. Sorry about the machine being on for so long, but it’s just our clothes wouldn’t dry. A suggestion would be to be for the apartment to have a fan inside the main room because during the day and sometimes at night it would be warm. Thankfully there was a big window for the night but during day there was no wind or air flow.

Not recommended (appartements are not for me)

Great location

Hidden costs - host contacted me the day before arrival and added 190€ of some costs to final payment( It was not declares on the booking com btw) Actual meeting Host doesn't speak english(be aware of that) The day before my chexkout - They forced me to checkout on 10:00 am, even though My children were very tired of Disneyland the day before, So I didn't want to wake them up. but The host didn't consider this situation, said that they had another guests on the same day of our departure( I checked out at 11:00 am because of my kids)

Great location great owner congested room

Excellent location, near to Lourve & a very friendly owner

Honestly, the room felt way too cramped. The windows were tiny, and with the building completely surrounded by other structures, there was no view at all—it even felt a bit claustrophobic. And as for breakfast, they had were eggs, bread, and a few other sides (Not cooked food) the way you'd expect.

Would highly recommend this lodging

The location is very central and apartment is very safe. Close to all metro/RER stations. Thé breakfast was great- coffee, toast, kitchen was equipped. Landlord was very present, answering all of our needs.

The bed was harder than we like and couch was a bit uncomfortable.

Great location just 5 minutes away from the Louvre, near restaurants, transportation and many other locations to visit. The apartment itself had everything we needed for the stay with a baby and the host arranged another appliance we needed to prepare soup for the baby. Considering other options in the same area, the apartment is bigger than 4* hotel options in Paris center. Finally, thank you to the hosts, Thomas family, friendly, helpful and amazing hosts.

A great apartment for a mini break in Paris.

The central location was excellent for seeing the sights. There were many cafes, restaurants and a supermarket close by. The Louvre and metro station was also conveniently located a few minutes walk away.

Comfortable and very safe apartment

The apartment is very safe. You have to go thru 4 lock doors to get in to your apartment. Kitchen is full of food enough for you to consume for days. Apartment is minutes away from the louvre museum. Lots of restaurant around. Highly recommended!

Communication could have been better. I was messaging the owner for days before our arrival but no answer. But all is well at the end.

Wi-Fi did not work, TV did not work, AC did not work. We had portable AC, which was very noisy and couldn’t leave it on at night. Main bed mattress very old and needs replacing. Apartment not suitable for 4 persons as sofa bed is in a kitchen and when opened not possible to use kitchen.

It was in the city center, at 5 minutes from the Louvre and to all public transport. The host kept the baggage when we check-out, keeping it until 7pm. The room is bigger than a hotel room, and you have kitchen. We had juices, milk, cereal, bread, coffee and some other stuff in the kitchen, a really good detail.

Fantastic location. Good size for Paris. Shower had strong pressure. Easy to locate. Great for two adults two kids. Owner was fairly responsive. But note that the person receiving you speaks limited English. Appreciated the really decent breakfast provided. the washer dryer worked which was great.

Strong smoky smell for the first two nights I was present. Sofa bed could do with an upgrade. Pretty flimsy.

The location is really good which is close to the Louvre and other famous scenes. The host is very helpful and support, we have late night flight and they allowed us to checkout at 4pm for free. Definitely I will back again next time.

MOLTO DELUDENTE, tranne la posizione.

La posizione

Un odore intenso di fumo di sigaretta che si impregna in tutto l’ambiente, ed anche nelle salviette a disposizione poiché (molto probabilmente) fatte asciugare in un ambiente dove fumano. NON HO POTUTO DORMIRE SUL DIVANO LETTO poiché era tutto rotto e mancavano le doghe. Ho dovuto dormire con la collega nel letto creandomi disagio per tre giorni. C’è molta umidità nell’ambiente! Le pulizie sono fatte superficialmente basta stare un po’ attenti e si nota la poca cura che hanno nel mantenere le cose in generale oltre che presentano una colazione e base di merendine, la maggior parte SCADUTE insieme al pancarrè. Ci sono troppe cianfrusaglie in giro che creano disordine. SIAMO STATE FREGATE DALLE IMMAGINI CHE NON PRESENTANO LA STESSA QUALITÀ DEL POSTO. Purtroppo il proprietario risponde solo per chiamata, perché nonostante gli avessimo scritto con mesi di anticipo e fino a qualche giorno prima non ha mai risposto, se non chiamandolo. L’ambiente è davvero molto piccolo in generale rispetto alle fotografie. Ho risparmiato le fotografie dei cibi scaduti, ce ne erano parecchi! Tutto sommato MOLTO DELUDENTE, tranne la posizione.

Vooral doen vanwege de locatie

Locatie is perfect, communicatie met host telefonisch prima. Parkeren in de buurt geen enkel probleem. Bed in de master bedroom prima

1 slaapbank voldeed, de anderen zijn buitengewoon bedroevend. Karig ontbijt Sms van de host zijn al voorgeprogrammeerd, bij het uitchecken kregen we nergens gehoor. Zowel telefonisch als bij de oppas ( ouders die ernaast wonen ) Sleutel maar achtergelaten in de hoop dat het goed was.

El departamento es perfecto para 3 personas. Estaba impecable a nuestra llegada y con todo lo necesario! Nos recibió el padre del anfitrión, un hombre muy agradable! Cuenta con aire acondicionado, lavadora y secadora y todos los elementos de cocina. La ubicación a metros del Louvre para nosotros fue inmejorable! Sin dudas volveriamos alli. Lo recomiendo!
