This place was all about location, location. Everything in walking distance with an impressive choice of cafe's and shops.
I found the main bed not the best for me so reverted to the spare lounge-bed and also a little warm even though we strived to turn all heating off. Others may have found it just right

Location!!!
A little cramped in the entry way.

Whilst small it is very well appointed, excellent location, very friendly hosts. It was great to have good ventilation and washer/dryers & a dishwasher. We were able to walk to the main attractions. A really great find.

Location
Basement, toilet seat broken and unable to get fixed during our week stay
9.0 / 10.0
Location, close by garage parking, personal greeting and attention by host at arrival, 2 bathrooms, washing machine, lots of sleeping options. Most attractions near by and dining options. Subway within walking distance.
Lots of sleeping options though the ones in the attic has little head space. But not a huge problem since there’re 2 double beds and 3 pullout beds for just the 5 of us. Not a lot of privacy but we are family so again not an issue.

Thomas attention was great and the location of the apartment is amazing!

The location was perfect! Couldn't have found a better place near a great market street, restaurants, the Louvre, plus many others. We received a very nice welcome and lots of great recommendations from the host, Mr. Cantournet.
I don't think the pictures were representative of the apartment we had (basement apartment). It didn't really suite our group of two couples very well. There was one bedroom where the door didn't close on one floor and the other bedroom was actually part of the kitchen/eating area. There was very little outdoor light (1 skylight) and very little space to hang out. Luckily, we were in Paris so didn't need to hang out indoors. This space may work fine for a small family or two friends but wasn't the best for two couples who like a bit of privacy.

The location.
The location was great for many things BUT misleading. The address is NOT the door of #36 but next door inside what appears to be renovated office space. The layout is awkward. The furnishings are all cheap and odd (hooks and power points everywhere; storage that is not usable for travelling). It feels like student accommodation complete with table hockey, projectors, PlayStation - but you must use the beds as the I key place to sit!?! While trying to accommodate families, it is wholly unsuitable for families with children or those who may have issues with confined spaces and rickety spiral stairs…since you must navigate the spiral staircase to use the kitchen or toilettes that are next door to each other in the basement. The entire place smells musty and one toilette is so bad I am sure there is would in there. The sink plumbing is pvc piping on top of the washing machine with a weird sink build on top of that. We felt that in an emergency since there is only one exit and THREE locked doors it would be a nightmares and unsafe. The owner met us there to pick up the remaining amount due in CASH (which he said was because so many dispute the changes later). And then he “gave” us champagne and two bags of habro lollies if we’d leave excellent reviews. Good accommodation does not need to bribe guests. The whole thing was just RED FLAGS of weird.

The location was great, nice safe area that we felt very comfortable walking around and staying in. The apartment was clean and very spacious. My kids loved having their own space, so much bigger than other accommodations we looked at in Paris! It was so nice to come back after a day of sightseeing and have Air Conditioning! It was hot during our visit and this was such a bonus! Our host was so accommodating, we were delayed getting off the train and getting to the apartment and he was so patient with us. He showed us how everything worked and explained all the features of the apartment. So helpful. The apartment had everything we needed and more. 2 bathrooms with washer/dryers was also wonderful. And my son loved the games and PS5 that were there. This made our time in Paris absolutely wonderful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

So cute! Lots of amenities! Huge for Paris standards and air conditioning!! Also 2 bathrooms was a huge plus for my family!!

The location is excellent. Close to the Louvre and metro access( palais royal is closest) . One of the few places we could find for a family of four with many beds squeezed in to the smallish space . And having AC during a really hot week was very nice . Two washer / dryers and two bathrooms were also useful and a great bonus. The owner was very helpful and friendly, and met us at check in to explain everything and provided suggestions and answers during our stay
We are used to larger accommodations for a family of four so it felt a little cramped on our apartment that was on the ground floor with a basement that had a sofa bed and the two bathrooms. The ground floor had a small separate bedroom and a pull out sofa bed on the mezzanine right next to the bedroom and there was even a loft bed in a tiny space above the bedroom. This is not necessarily bad if you have a larger family and Paris tends to have smaller accommodations in general so it’s a preference . Also had to walk down a spiral staircase to access the bathrooms and the sofa beds downstairs but that was just the apartment we stayed in

We loved coming back to a nice cool air conditioned apartment after a day out in the summer heat
It was so nice to have a bit of space for the the kids and parents to have our own area
The welcome from the host was amazing and he was so helpful with tips.
Great location near restaurants and shopping and transport.
Nothing not to like

The location was fantastic! Walking distance to the Louvre, Notre Damn, restaurants and shopping! My kids loved the games and ladder to the top bunk. They also loved using the scooters to get around Paris. It was so nice to have a washer/dryer!
Everything was fantastic and we would definitely stay here again!

Would like Larger showers, very tight sapce. Washer/dryer takes at least 8 hours to complete the cycle.

Fully furnished. Felt like home away from home. Saying my kids loved it is an understatement. It was a much better value than any other hotel we stayed in Paris. Also in a quaint and safe neighborhood. It is also a very short distance from the Louvre and Metro.
None at all.

This is a family friendly accommodation located across from the National Bank of France. So if safety is your main concern at the heart of central Paris, this is where you need to be! You can tell the owner considered EVERYTHING with larger families in mind. The owner met us upon arrival and was so helpful.
What is not shared in the general information is that he has 3 apartments available. They are all available in the one building with a long narrow hallway. In the hallway, he has several Razor kids scooters and several black umbrellas available for all of us to use.
We got the deluxe apartment that can fit up to 7. We are a family of 5 and it was perfect. Considering we were in Paris, everything is smaller than eg the US. There were 3 sofa beds and we used one of them as our 2 boys wanted their own beds. I personally ended up preferring the sofa bed over the full bed (that felt like a king size). Baby gates were also installed for those with babies. They thought of everything.
2 bathrooms were available next to each other. This was super convenient with 3 kids! The showers were awesome! Great pressure and immediate hot water available. There were even 2 front load washing machines available (one in each bathroom).
We had air conditioning! Air conditioning is not essential in Paris nor most of Europe. But not just that, there were fans and also heat options too.
A kitchen is included in this apartment and we had the choice of cooking our own meals if needed. But there is a wonderful French bakery around the corner of the apartment. So we went there everyday for breakfast during our stay instead. It is called Baguett. at 33 Rue Coquillière. My favorites were the uniquely flavored baguettes -chorizo, chocolate and cranberry. They speak English there if you can't speak French. I found this bakery better than the award winning ones that we also checked out while out and about.
Would I visit Paris again? Would I come back to this place to stay? YES &...

Thomas was a great host and took time to introduce the apartment and give recommendations. The location was perfect for sightseeing, in a safe area, and close to transportation. Our children especially enjoyed the set up and toys/video games.
This was a perfect apartment for our family and maximized the available space, but it would be challenging if all the guests were adults.

Our experience was wonderful and I have nothing but praise for the place. Everything was in perfect shape, from the 2 spacious bathrooms, to the multiple beds. There was not one unfurnished crevice. The space was used wisely and the ac was helpful for the hot days. Everything was clean and neat and we never ran into any problems. It was also easy to go to many places, the Louvre was close by and it was easy to get around without an Uber or taxi.
There were no problems at all

A well appointed apartment that easily fit our large family. Hard pressed to find a better location, waking distance from many of the sights of Paris. Bus and Metro nearby

The location was amazing and the apartment was loaded with surprises for the kids. It definitely filled their leisure time in between our Paris walks. The place is huge and has air-conditioning in both levels.

There was aircon and the apartment was equipped with entertainment, daily need facilities like a washing machine, stove, fridge, and two very nice toilets. The apartment is recommended to fit 7 people, but it was spacious enough for 8 people. Thomas the host was also really friendly and accommodating
There just really was nothing bad about the place.

This apartment was perfect for our family of 5 (mom, dad, 20 year old twins, 17 year old). We each had space to recharge at the end of busy, fun days. The location is amazing! 5 min walk to the Louvre and the Seine yet felt more residential then touristy. Great cafes right down the street. Highly recommend!

Amazing location
Smaller than the pictures described, but typically small as European apartments tend to be.

Great location, we walked everywhere and only took an uber once. We flew into Paris and took the metro to the Les Halles stop. It was a short walk with all our luggage to the apartment. Our party of seven had no complaints. We would stay here again. Keep in mind that the bathrooms are on the lower level accessed by a spiral staircase. This was not an issue with our group but might be an issue if traveling with someone with mobility issues.
We were very happy with everything.

Location was brilliant and the creative use of space within the apartment was fantastic. Perfect for a family of 4-6. Younger kids will appreciate the games and PlayStation etc…. Ideal for a few days and nights. Has all of the amenities that you need, including 2 washer/dryers. Thomas is very nice upon arrival and explains everything very well.
Beds were not super comfortable, nor were there traditional pillows and quilts (very thin and ragged). For a small investment I’d recommend that they buy some actual standard pillows and better quilts for the beds. That would make a huge difference. A 4:30pm check in isn’t ideal for foreign families arriving either.

Great location. Kids loved their stay. Super friendly and easy to access. Very safe especially with kids. Market around the corner and easy access to the metro. Scooters were a lot of fun for getting around to look at the city lights without a long walk home.

The only thing I would add is shampoo/body wash and conditioner to the showers

The location is exceptional. Two blocks from Louvre, metro, bikes, Senna river and restaurants. Also very safe in every hours, and very quiet for the location
The apartment has three levels where you can accommodate up to 7 people, has two baths, two washing machines and 4 tvs. For Paris is quite big I would say.

Very happy with our stay. Fantastic location, spacious flat, well-equipped, comfortable, with AC (rare in Paris).
Special thanks to Thomas, our host, for his personal touch: he met us in person & gave us a full tour of the flat + neighborhood tips & directions.
Also very much appreciated the kid-friendly touches: baby-gates, crib & toys for kids, which improved our stay even further!
Highly recommended.
Nothing bad to report. We would be very happy to stay at this property in the future.

It was a little tight at times, but worked well for our party of 5, and was an incredible value.

Very cool and clever apartment making best use of space. Very comfortable for our family of six, and well equipped - nice touches like umbrellas to take out if needed - they have thought of everything. Reverse cycle air conditioning kept us warm and dry (would be handy for cooling in summer no doubt). Fabulous location right in the centre of all the sights, and lots of bistros nearby. Owner’s dad showed us around and was very kind and helpful. Loved it!

Great location, small apartment but funcional for a family. Close to subway, restaurants and markets. Just near thr Louvre. In the flat lots to entertain the children. The host is also very friendly
No big issue, but it would be good to have more cooking items (such as pan). Check out at 10am with laundry organization is also sporty with the kids. But still recommend the place!

Super location in Paris. Lot of attraction close by, but very quiet street. Quite spacious apartment in "tiny houses" style. Thing are well thought through. Air cont and heater. Lot of games for kids to play with. Friendly owner who made a pleasant stay for all of us and our baby. Thank you!
Few natural light from outside to the apartment. Kitchen could use at least one sharp knife to cut bread and sausage.
