Etaples hotel

Convenient for Calais ferry, friendly and helpful staff, nice clean room. We frequently use this hotel as you can walk quickly into Etaples for a meal. Good market on Tuesdays and Fridays and a pleasant place to wander round.

No lift should you need one, no kettle in room for making hot drinks and only one chair. Parking very difficult at present as it is being redone and could take months to complete, although it will be good once completed and normally you can park right in front of the hotel.

Looking at the age of us as guests (nearly 80 yrs) to be put on 2nd floor and no lift was asked if OK but lost in translation. Room cold on arrival took the 2 day stay to warm up.

A nice stay

Well located and next to a fabulous restaurant. Easy to check in, friendly staff, very clean and perfect for an overnight stay before returning to the UK. I feel like we missed out by not exploring the local area a little more.

The staff of the hotel is great! Very helpful and caring. Our room didn't have a confditioner but was still cool after the day heat. So do not worry. Cleaning was perfect. If you travel by car it's an ideal place to stay to explore the area around. For those withourt a car - there is a bike rent 10-min walk away. (Near the museum) Buses are not frequent in the area.))

Very friendly and helpful staff and a comfortable bed. Clean and perfectly adequate for one night.

The soap containers are too difficult to squeeze soap from and there are no hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes on.

Basic Logis hotel but well run

It was what it said on the tin. Quite basic but clean and friendly.

Breakfast was rather basic but ok and again I wasn't expecting great things from it anyway. It was a little run-down on the exterior and a little on the interior too.

Clean and convenient but noisy

Spotlessly clean. Good breakfast. Masses of parking.

Room was very small and hot and no fan or air con. Traffic noise very loud as this faces a major road so it was impossible to sleep if you opened the windows.

Le petit déjeuner n’était pas renouvelé si vous arriviez après 9 h00 la carafe de jus d’orange était presque vide mais il ne l’on pas rempli, la pâte à tartiner non plus et le dernier jour il n’y avait plus de yaourt au fruit

chambre très petite pour 3 personne très bruillant le chien de la responsable a fait que de gueuler pas d'eau chaude le matin a 5 h pour se laver inadmissible et quand je prend des hôtels ont a une bouilloire avec les trois dose pour se faire un café je ne retournerais plus dans cette établissement merci

Séjour au calme

Séjour très agréable. Établissement très propre et très bien situé en bordure de canal (le Touquet, Mareis etc.). Parking gratuit face à l'hôtel. Parfait pour une étape entre Le Touquet et la Baie de Somme.

Manque d'animations à Étaples.
