Good location located between 2 metro stations from 2 different lines. Good and comfortable room, very clean, housekeeping did a very good job. We had plenty of space in the kitchen to self-cater and prepare meals. Fully-equipped kitchen. Everything worked very well in the room, from AC, water heater, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, etc.. The only thing missing was a clothes washing machine, but it did not bother us.

The floor in our room was very squeaky and the furniture could have used some refurbishing, but other than that I have no complaints.

Altis Suites was a wonderful choice for our stay in Lisbon. The apartment was comfortable and spacious, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was also excellent, making it easy to explore Lisbon and get around the city. The hotel’s swimming pool and spa were a lovely bonus and added to the overall experience, especially after a busy day exploring the city. Special thanks to the staff who were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which made us feel very well looked after. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would happily recommend Altis Suites to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Lisbon. We would definitely consider coming back!

The apartment could benefit from some minor renovations and updates, but this did not take away from our overall experience or the comfort of our stay.

There was a huge misunderstanding and misleading information with the booking I actually selected what was available on booking.com which was a three bedroom for a family of four After payment, i received a message from the hotel informing me that my reservation was only for one bedroom and not even two and as of the paid amount was as mentioned a three bedroom Then i had to pay extra just to get a two bedroom apartment with three beds and a Sofa bed which also was disappointing I drove all the way from Malaga to enjoy the two nights but was so stressed throughout the whole situation A complaint was raised on booking.com as they informed me it will only take 24 hours to respond but i guess their commission is more important than a response From now on , i will never book through this terrible booking website and the account will be cancelled Special thanks to the miserable and unprofessional booking.com team
