Staff all so kind and went above and beyond to help us from checkin, checkout and during stay
Tomas legend helped carry bags! Very passionate team and went above and beyond to help us with recommendations bookings and making up 3rd bed after i stuffed up booking

Overall the facility was good, rooms were good especially the bathroom. Most of the staff was good except one at the front desk. The hotel does not have coffee maker in the room (a shame), I had to come down to pick up a cup of coffee which by the way the worst coffee I have ever tasted, over cooked and bitter with no taste. When I mentioned it to the front desk lady, she casually stated add more sugar.
The front desk staff and the fact that they do not provide coffee maker in the room which most of the hotels in USA and Europe provide.

The breakfast was an excellent European breakfast with lots of options. We also greatly appreciated the public spaces in the hotel, which were very comfortable. Coffee and fruit-infused water were always available, which was a big plus. The staff was both helpful and charming! They went above and beyond to give us an enjoyable stay.
