Staff was wonderful! Very solicitors and location was great
Waiting an hour in the morning for a cup of cappuccino. Only the breakfast buffet available no separate place to get anything à la carte except your room which as I said took over an hour. Hotel had more the feeling of being on a cruise ship too many people and not enough staff although staff was wonderful. Unacceptable little things like drain broken in sink worst thing was air-conditioning no way it kept rooms cool. lobby was unbearable also. Granted it was 90° but it was May I wonder what they're going to do in the summer. Most staff was over the top accommodating. One person continued to give misinformation without a smile. Also looks like every other hotel which was disappointing I could've been in Cleveland
