    Unfortunately not enough lightning throughout the room specially in the bathroom or neither enough space for toiletries or makeup. The mattress was too firm for my liking. Room not equipped to charge your electronics. Had a hard time finding outlets underneath night tables.

    I truly enjoyed my stay here. The staff were exceptional — genuinely warm, attentive, and made me feel very well taken care of throughout my stay. The facilities are excellent, and the room interiors are beautifully designed, comfortable, and thoughtfully done. As for the location, it really depends on what you plan to do in Lisbon, but it worked well for my trip. Overall, a lovely experience and a hotel I’d happily return to.

    Lovely hotel with excellent service. The room was comfortable and modern, and we came back to a little surprise every day in the room! The hotel staff were helpful and thoughtful, everything was perfect!

    I absolutely loved this hotel. Handy location. Great coffee just down the road at Numa (Aussies, so this was important). Metro, shopping and markets all close by. Lovely rooftop bar! Only improvement I would suggest is firmer pillows. We will be staying again on our next visit.
