The location is great and the staff are very helpful and amazing.
It’s in need of a renovation. The rooms were so old and run down.

Friendly staff! Everyone was helpful and welcoming. One of our rooms was available earlier so we were to check in as soon as we arrived. Rooms were very cleaned every day. Location is excellent, next to a metro station.

The communal areas were really nice and the location was good for access to shops and restaurants. It was also close to the airport so easy for transfers.
Our room was very tired and in need of some decoration and updating.
While the room was large, the sofa bed was very worn, the shower was literally a hose attached the the bath tap and the decor throughout was dated. The tea tray was situated where there was no plug socket and there was no milk, and only one coffee sachet. There were limited plug sockets throughout.
The main door was damaged and had been repaired using filler but not then painted over.
The staff were fairly rude when we arrived but when we returned later were more friendly.
