    A nice and spacious room with a little kitchen. The staff was helpful and the restaurant there is great. The only thing is the room could be more sound proof.

    We were assigned a room with virtually no view at all—it honestly felt more like being in a jail cell. What disappointed us most wasn’t the room itself, but the way the situation was handled. Before check-in, I asked the staff multiple times whether the room had a proper window or view. Instead of giving a straightforward answer, they kept emphasizing that it was on the top floor, while avoiding my actual question. It became clear that they knew the room had no view, yet they chose not to disclose it. We had also mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary and specifically requested not to be assigned a room without a view. A little honesty would have gone a long way. Had they been upfront, we would have appreciated the transparency much more than feeling misled.

    This was by far the best hotel experience. I had a wonderful stay, the rooms are luxurious, hotel itself is a beauty to walk around in, the restaurant had amazing food and the hidden speakeasy is worth a visit

    We stayed here last sept 2025, Very nice design but rooms are too small for their price. We arrived earlier but they didnt even allow us to check in early even with a fee, as their reason was theres no house keeping to clean. We came very far ,19hrs flight. Its overpriced for the size of the room
