The Cloud One Lisbon

Location, location, location! The hotel sits right next to a subway station that gets you downtown in 15 minutes. It’s also just across the road from El Corte Inglés, with a very handy bus stop nearby. The rooms are standard size but spotless, and the mattress was seriously comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly, and we really enjoyed the breakfast too. Overall, a very pleasant stay. We’d come back without hesitation!

A few small hiccups, but nothing that ruined the stay! We couldn’t park in the hotel garage because of some water damage that happened before our visit. Breakfast got pretty busy and we waited a bit for refills but honestly, no big deal. The shower screen in the bathroom is way too short, so unless you’re careful you’ll turn the bathroom floor into a swimming pool. Consider it a fun challenge. And the cleaning staff are super efficient, maybe a little too efficient. Getting woken up at 9am on a Sunday by loud knocking on the door wasn’t exactly the highlight of our trip!

Fantastic hotel - great location with a rooftop, swimming pool, and sauna. The breakfast was excellent, the cocktails were delicious, and the on-site restaurant was a real highlight. I also appreciated the thoughtful design details throughout the property. Special thanks to Fabio: his professionalism and ability to resolve complex requests quickly and effectively made our stay at Cloud One truly exceptional.

The air conditioning and the internet didn't work so had to move room. the AC improved but internet did not. The TV only had news channels. There was no complementary water left in the room. I was told you could buy some water in the lobby! The indoor pool was unpleasant and the water was very cloudy.
