    We stayed for just one night and this hotell served our purpose perfectly! Everything went smoothly and we were evn able to check in a bit earlier at no extra charge. Our room was on the 15th floor with a stunning view of the city and the harbour! There were even two pillows on the large windowsill so you could sit and admire the view! The restaurant downstairs was nice and the breakfast was great! I highly recommend thos place!

    The beds are too soft, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep. You wake up tired in the morning. The internet in room 801 is very weak and unstable. The TV doesn't have a smart TV function.

    I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. This hotel seems to have a history. Expected the same old legacy. However, there were few small and crucial things were missing. 1. Electric kettle was not available in the room. In the night, I was feeling sick and wanted to make some tea, there was no kettle. Went up to the reception and asked about it. Got a very cold response saying that its only for superior category. Okay, can I at least pay and get a kettle or at least some option to buy tea? NO! 2. Majority of the hotels have a self service kiosk or at least will provide basic hot drinks even in night. The legacy hotel seems to have forgotten the customer comfort. 3. Staff: very cold in attitude, seems disinterested. At least 1 or 2 of them were hospitable. 4. Slippers - not available. I was eagerly looking forward to my stay here. Unfortunately the experience let me down. I hope they will fix this and provide basic kettle and tea in room (after all you are 4 star). Instead of saying "we don't have additional kettles".
