Usually in a review, I say everything is good except for…. In this case I have no except for - everything is great. Add the breakfast. If you don’t already have it it’s great too and only €10.

Hotel is located on the edge of Tallinn’s Old Town, just a few minutes walk away, and the location is perfect! The rooms have a somewhat dated interior, but the beds are comfortable. The main downsides are that the cleanliness could be improved and the bathroom, where instead of a proper shower enclosure with a door, there is a shower curtain, so water often spills outside the shower area. The staff and receptionists are very friendly. The hotel has a lovely entrance, and the whole area feels very cosy, right in the heart of Tallinn. It’s hard to find a better price-to-quality ratio, and I highly recommend Hotel Bern.

Room has electric kettle and fridge but no shampoo. Comfortable bed. 2 supermarkets in front of hotel and a cash machine. At least 3 cafes and restaurants with pizza, pasta and kebabs directly next door and opposite hotel. 2 mins walk to Old Town. Plenty of choices for meals and shops. Hotel charged €10 breakfast with continental and hot foods ie bacon, eggs, sausages, fried rice, oat porridge and fresh hot croissants. There's a waffle station as well. 4mins walk from Viru tram stop. 15min drive from airport. If desperate for late night snacks, Mcdonalds is 3mins walk after flower stalls. Would stay here again.

Location was great, quiet area but close to most of the attractions, walking distance to transport options(bus, tram & Ferry). Mini Market opposite and lots of food options close by. The room was clean and comfortable kinda on the small side by good enough for 2 adults. Mini fridge and kettle with tea bags no coffee. Buffet Breakfast is available as an option for 11€ and I think it's worth it for the options provided. The staff was friendly and helpful so all in all I would definitely recommend this hotel if you need a good option without having to break the bank.
