    A very nice and clean hotel in the centre of Tallinn, with beautiful views over the city from the upper floors. The spa is cosy and relaxing, and the breakfast was excellent, the only thing missing for it to be perfect was a glass of sparkling wine. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a bathtub as a lovely extra. The bed was very comfortable, and the high-quality bed linen made the stay feel even more luxurious. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay in a great location.

    Good location- right in the city center, clean and well maintained, parking nearby. The front desk manager was simply the best! A young man with light red hair, he was extremely helpful with all our requests - gave us the quietest room, showed parking, recommended places for lunch, he even knew the hotel restaurant’s menu. Definitely can recommend!

    I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the room had a very good amount of space, which made the stay comfortable. A major highlight was the breakfast service on my last day. Even though it was peak hour and incredibly busy, a staff member named Johnson completely stood out. He was absolutely gracious, welcomed every single customer with a genuine smile, and provided excellent service. Unfortunately, the room service and maintenance did not match up to a 5-star hotel standard. On my second day, housekeeping only changed the towels and emptied the bins. The bed was not properly made—they simply left the sheets exactly how I had folded them. Additionally, there were several maintenance and design issues that went unaddressed: • The bathroom socket for the hairdryer was incredibly confusing. I couldn't find it until the front desk informed me that you have to lift a tab to open it. It looked exactly like a regular light switch, which was very misleading. • There was no soap rack in the shower area, which was very inconvenient as I couldn't properly shower using my own products. • The toilet shower lights were blown out. • Toiletries were not replenished during my stay. • The TV lacked functional HDMI connectivity, and I wasn't able to use Netflix. • The fridge had an awful smell when opened. While Johnson and the room layout were great, the attention to detail in housekeeping and room maintenance definitely needs improvement for a hotel of this tier.
