The hotel as a whole was nice, but some of the features had a little work to be done.

Location was close to where we were headed.

The air conditioner was noisy and the TV did not work correctly.

Not what I expected, had higher expectations

The location and the hotel were nice and the person at the reception the first day was very nice and professional. I believe her name was Linda if I'm not mistaken

The person at the reception the next day was rude and dismissive. When I asked for an early check in for the other room (that the receptionist from the previous day had told me was possible) I was told no and was told to come back at three only to find out that there was no one there! I called the number left at the reception and was told that the key will be left at the reception (I insisted to make sure it will be as we were going to get back really late) Not only was the key for the room not there we had received the wrong entry code for the building. for me everything can go well but once the staff is rude and or dismissive it cancels out all the other things!!!

Great little hotel , good location , will book again if i need to stay in Heist in the future .

Breakfast was included for no additional fee to be pickup up every morning in a small paper bag , included a variety of small sandwiches , a yoghurt , a fruit or two , a can of orange Minutemaid and some more . Excellent and very thoughtful ! Rooms are comfy , the hotel is charming , very cosy and located really close to the Station , in a fairly quiet place . Lower rooms include direct access to the Hotel's garden .

Room Number 6 has some issues with the bathroom steaming up when the shower is running , condensation covers every single wall due to poor air extraction , and the window pane that supposedly cuts off the bathtub/shower from the rest of the room is too small and too short to prevent a non negligible amount of water ending up on the floor .

le petit déjeuner était correct mais ne pas avoir de réception pour un hôtel c'est très dérangeant surtout quand ne parle pas le flamand

pas d'accueil da ns un hôtel, c'est la première fois que je vois cela. manque de lumière dans la chambre, ampoules grillées et celles qui étaient en fonctionnement de très faible intensité

Goede ligging overal dichtbij. Goed ontbijt en vriendelijke dame

Er is helemaal niemand om de gasten te ontvangen. Zelf inchecken op een computer. Heel onpersoonlijk. Gelukkig hadden we iemand die alert was en had gezien dat je de buitendeur met een code moet openen ‘s nachts.
