We had such an amazing long weekend at Arvid’s property, it was spotless and so much bigger than we expected. The apartment had everything we needed and was more than comfy for 7 of us. The location was amazing and so central, we also felt so safe as a group of girls during the day and at night. Arvid was such a helpful host, allowing us to check in early and accommodating a late check out. As well as leaving us some rose in the fridge for our arrival. We could not recommend enough!

The appartment is nicely decorated and rooms are big. Everything works well inside the appartment
The parking: it is extremely difficult to get the car in the building parking. The door is small and the street is narrow with cars parked on the street and the srmtreet is busy so it is a nightmate to get the car inside the parking. The windows of the appartment are very big and a lot of them have no curtains. The washing and dryer machines are not in the appartment. They are in the basement and that room is very deteriorated and not clean. The building common areas/entrance and basement are not renovated and were not clean.
