Experience beautiful sunset views at the Seaside Paradise One-bedroom condo. This modern condo is located at the LeVent Beach Resort Aruba, the newest luxury vacation rental resort on the island, and is just steps from the famous Eagle Beach of Aruba. The stunning views of the beach and the resort pool & garden can be enjoyed from its balcony complemented with a 4-seat dining table and a lounge chair.
The open plan living area is provided with a large TV, a leather sofa, a 6-seat round dining table, and a fully equipped modern kitchen with 4-barstools. There is a laundry room just off the kitchen with washer-dryer and storage facilities. The half bathroom is also located in the living area.
The bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, walk-in closets, a chair, and access to the balcony with superb views. There is also an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
This unit provides you with 1,100 sq. ft. of living space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited Wi-Fi, and three cable TVs (in the living room and the bedroom). This unit is located on the right hallway off the elevators on the third floor. Sleeps 2 guests in 1 bed.

THE RESORT
The pool area at LeVent Beach Resort Aruba is set amidst lush tropical landscaping and features a swimming pool, a large hot tub, a shallow pool area for kids, and various sunny or shaded lounge areas, offering a tranquil retreat within the resort. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. Resort facilities include a children's playground, a fitness room, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ grills, and an ice machine. Ample free parking available within the 24/7 secured gated complex. Beach towels are provided for all Prestige guests upon check-in and can be exchanged once per day, free of charge, at the Prestige LeVent desk in the lobby. The LeVent properties managed by Prestige Vacations Aruba are also equipped with coolers and portable beach chairs (stored on the ground floor) for guests to use during their beach outings. On-site, guests can enjoy a coffee shop and a spa. Prego! is a cozy coffee shop serving coffee, breakfast favorites, and delicious homemade granola plus cakes. Blue Waters Day Spa - offers a variety of relaxing massages and wellness treatments.

This was a couple vacation. We enjoyed the quiet of the complex and the pool. The condo is truly five minutes from Eagle beach - which was very nice.
The only challenge we had was the TV in the master bedroom was not working and was never fixed while we were there. I would also make some recommendations to the instructions book in the room specifically how to use the house phone.
We chose a condo to offset some of the expense of going out to eat. The local grocery store is wonderful however, be prepared to purchase everything you need to cook other than salt and pepper, there is nothing in the condo to prepare food.
The management was proactive to identify what time we should check out on Saturday and the only challenge we had was the office does not open until 9 AM and we chose to leave by 8:30 AM - an hour earlier than their recommended time- and there was no way to get in touch with a facility manager to hand in our keys.
In our previous VRBO rentals, we were able to leave the keys in the room, and most condos/homes were equipped with some basic essentials more than salt and pepper, including olive oil, cooking spray, and basic spices.

Our stay at the LeVent condominiums was perfect! The condo had everything we needed and then some. Super clean and everyone was nice and accommodating. We will definitely be back.

The condo was exactly as shown in the pictures and the check-in/checkout processes were seamless. LeVent is right across from Eagle Beach (very short and easy walk). It was also so close to many restaurants along the beach. I would highly recommend this condo for any type of vacation. We felt very safe as well, as it is gated and has 24/7 security on duty.
