Located in the centre of the Salamanca neighbourhood, one of the most sought-after and safest in central Madrid, close to most tourist attractions, in a commercial and leisure area, next to "the Golden Mile", with Madrid's most exclusive shops.

Ideal for enjoying the city, for short or long stays, whether for business or pleasure.



This excellent apartment is located in the basement level of the building and has capacity for 2 people.

Designed and equipped to efficiently use space and offer maximum comfort. Complete high-end furniture and equipment.

It is a spacious convertible loft to maximise space. In living-dining room format it has a 2-seater sofa and a table for 4.

In bedroom format it has a double bed of 190x160cm, with a 28cm viscoelastic mattress.

The kitchen, integrated into the living room, has all the necessary appliances and kitchenware for a comfortable and extended stay.

It has 1 modern and comfortable bathroom, with a large shower with thermostatic control, 250 litres of hot water and an electric towel rail.

The floor has fibre optic internet, air conditioning in all rooms and high-end viscoelastic mattresses.

The apartment is at ground floor level and to access it you have to go up and down a flight of stairs.



Transport:

Metro: Close to Lista stations (50m) - (line 4) and Diego de León (300m) - (lines 4-5-6).

Public parking: 20m away (Ortega y Gasset Park)
