It’s indeed a quiet and cozy flat in a nice area and close to the metro. It had all the essentials but didn’t offer much more than that. The decor was a little basic and the bedroom felt a bit disregarded. For my purpose it was ideal though (visited Madrid for a congress). Fran was very nice and helpful.

Logement à recommander !
Le bruit des voisins (les portes sont mal isolées) et les voisins bruyants
Les murs mal isoles donc il faut mettre pas mal le chauffage pour ne pas avoir froid
Le manque de lumière : l’appartement donne dans une cour étroite.
Il aurait fallu des éponges pour faire la vaisselle
