El dúplex es bonito, acogedor y está ubicado en una zona excelente. Muy bien equipado, con buenos electrodomésticos y todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. Además, cuenta con dos sistemas de calefacción, algo que se agradece muchísimo en los días fríos. La entrada independiente mediante cajetín con llaves hace que la llegada sea muy cómoda y flexible. La zona está llena de buenos restaurantes y comercios, y en metro o autobús se llega rápidamente al centro. Sin duda, una opción muy recomendable.
Como detalle a tener en cuenta, la parte de arriba puede resultar algo incómoda para personas de más de 1,85m, pero si no es tu caso, estarás perfectamente.

This property had pretty much everything that I needed to have a good stay.
The worst thing by far was dealing with the company that owned this place. On the first night we could not even get into this place so we had to book an additional place at 11pm when we knew we were not going to get in.
We arrived from the airport at the apartment at roughly 8pm. It was raining & we could not get the entry instructions from the AI that they had handling our situation. Great, not a real person that could help us!!! They had my money in place because I saw that in my banking app, but the AI thing kept telling me that they couldn’t find our registration. I asked to talk to a real person, AI said that it was handing it over to their response team, nothing happened. So finally at 11pm I gave up & rented another place. It wasn’t until late the next day when I finally got into the place. Plus, in the end, it was a struggle to get refunded an appropriate amount of money from them for not getting in that first night & for all the hassle I endured.
On a side note, Booking.com did everything they could to help out. For that, I am grateful🙏
I would NEVER stay at this place again or any property that this company has.

A localização é excelente, pois o bairro oferece opções importantes(restaurantes, mercadinhos, tabernas, cafés).
A indisponibilidade de rede de internet durante cinco dias consecutivos. Isso foi muito desgastante e, sinceramente, ficamos extremamente chateados pois não podíamos trabalhar em casa. E solicitamos ajuda várias vezes até resolverem, restando somente dois dias de conexão. Acho que deveriam nos ressarcir pq tivemos que pagar pra trabalhar em outro lugar. Fora isso, sem reclamação.
